I rented videos over the Christmas holiday and thought I returned them to the correct store and mistakenly dropped them off at Block Busters; this was 12/26/2009. I can't understand why one store could not call the other to inform them they had their DVD's when the address label was attached. At&t is the worst service provider ever. Do not take it. They will charge every month some extra charges like enhanced services billing, payment one. All these services are charged to you everymonth even after cancellation. There customer service sucks they do't know how to deal with any customer, Or handle problems. On the 21st of January 2010, their shared hosting servers went down. I know that these things can happen unexpectedly and assumed that services would resume within a reasonable time frame. The therapists are not treated with respect by the owner...even though you couldn't have a massage facility without them. These therapists are all very skilled licensed professionals who chose Zen because of the location. As one of these therapists, I can attest to how difficult it is to give someone a great massage when morale is low and the owner is skimming our profits. I bought a G.E. DECT 6.0 cordless phone in june 2009 for $40. In September 2009 I returned it as it was not working properly. The shipping itself cost me $15. They registered a case upon the receipt of my product and said it would take 6-8 weeks for the refund. Its been 15 weeks by now and they are yet to despatch my refund check. The customer service at 1-800-447-1700 is the most poor one that I never ever dreamt of. They are the final point for us and they say there is no escalation department I would speak to. Contracted with Brian Reynolds of Design B Studios for large web project. Was forced to "sign off" on website before it was complete. Mr Reynolds threatened to keep site and do no further work until we paid in full. But after we paid in full, Design B Studios did not further work on site, essentially holding the site 'hostage' until they felt like getting around to it. I spoke with Sam, a case manager who handles my complaint. He promised he would call within a hour. It’s been 3 hours and I haven’t received a call back from HP. We have two home financed with Countrywide/BAC -- both have been paid electronically, on-time, for the life of the mortgage. The payments have the account number on the check. Last September they started crediting both payments to one account, and nothing to the other account. ATT sent my account to CCA of Massechuesetts. I paid on it over a year, sending checks monthly. In July of 2008 Collection Company of America, with out notifying me sent my account back to ATT. I continued to send checks to CCA. To date I have sent 4 checks that they claim they don't have and tell me that everything in the file was sent to ATT. I purchased a Linksys wireless router to accompany the XO laptop that I bought for my parents for Christmas (the laptop is great). They currently have an old desktop PC that does not have any Ethernet ports, and must therefore connect to the DSL modem via a USB cable. I attended a local italian resturant called La favorita in Stoke on trent. The food was served after waiting an hour and a quarter. My pasta dish tasted like a defrosted low calorie ready meal - no seasoning taste or texture with a watery sauce which had sunk to the bottom of the bowl leaving sloppy bland pasta and dry metallic tasting salmon flakes at the top. Dr. Chang did 5 surgeries on me, and I cannot recommend him. In the latest surgery which was re-doing a previous surgery he did, he caused more damage and operated on a part I didn't consent to surgery on. This part was perfect, and now I am disfigured. Made 2 separate purchases via Amazon. They sent the wrong item and didn't respond to my contact efforts. Amazon intervened and I finally heard from accessory one. They said they refused to send the correct item or refund me until I removed the negative feedback I'd submitted (a violation of Amazon's rules). They never assisted me further, so Amazon refunded the purchase separately. On my second order, they never responded to our requests for assistance. We bought the Grohe Ladylux Cafe faucet for our kitchen sink and the Ladybug for our prep sink. We assumed that the spray function would click on and stay on until we turned it off--all the other Grohe models we looked at do and our Ladybug does. We find that Grohe did a peculiar thing with this, may I say, pricey faucet model--they made it so you have to hold the button for the spray function to continue. Had three teeth extracted and two implant posts placed at the Smile Implant Center. Awoke from sedation during surgery and experienced severe pain while they were suturing. Also had excruciating pain following surgery for two weeks from what must have been 'dry sockets'. My mouth is still tender after three months in the tooth #13 implant area when I move my lip. No one cared or tried to figure out why I have had pain. I do not want them to do the abutments and crowns and will fight to get a refund for the money I paid for them. read full review »

A group called Computer Service Center is passing themselves off as tech support for Linksys. If you call 800 number directory assistance, they will give you their number as tech support for Linksys...well, they're not. They charge a crazy fee, $3.50 per hour, and then charge you $105 before you talk to one of the so-called techs...who aren't much help. Don't be fooled. They are thieves.
