I received 8.9 gallons of propane per the meter and I was chardged for 10.0 gallons of propane. One of two 5-gallon propane tanks was completly empty which only received 4.5 gallons and the second 5-gallon tank took 4.4 gallons of propane. The attached receipt shows a total of 10.0 gallons of propane received. This has happened several times. My complaint goes without consideration by management. The terms of their agreement state that you must cancel your free trial period 10 days from the day you order. I ordered late on the 10th and cancelled early on the 20th and was told that my trial period ended the day before because the 10th counted as day 1 of my trial. I argued that 1 day from the 10th is the 11th, and 10 days from the 10th is the 20th. They would only repeat that my order date counted as day1 and I was charged roughly $150 and was not given the code needed to return the product. Now, I ask you, how many people keep their purchase receipt for extended periods for every item of clothing? They also don't don't change their cleaning fluid regularly. I have a $19.99 charge on my phone bill from Ninja Id, a company I have never heard of. I don't know how they got my information. I never received any information from them. My phone provider, At&T, put a block on my account so Ninja could not charge me next month.
