I ordered the Windshield Wonder in November. On January 19, 2010, I received something called the "Glass Wizard". My friend Clement moved to CA and wanted me to mail his text books to CA. He just graduated from college and had many text books that he was not able to carry with him on the plane. I mailed his books but they never reached him. We got the mailing, return and postage labels from the box with a note saying to send a description or titles of books so that they may be able to be searched for. They do horrible work. When they cut your grass they miss sooo many spots. They trim bushes and weeds with it--instead of pulling the weeds away from the roots of the bushes. It looks horrible. They are disconnecting our services yet still billing us for services during those times. I've been very disappointed with the lack of robust design on my 42" ZTR mower. Twice in a 3 year period the idler pulley for the deck drive has worn on it's pivot pin causing the belt to jump off the pulleys. I gave up on their design and put in an added support for it but shouldn't have to on a mower at his price point. I now have an issue where the right hand drive has no power and is causing a driving issue. Just shouldn't happen. It gets annual maintenance, is low hours and has an easy ride. I sent my diplomas and transcripts to have them evaluated with a return envelope. When I had received my envelope it had the translations but the diplomas and transcripts were not in the envelope. the copy did replace my diploma and transcripts and it toke a year with my husband and myself having to do all the foot work, calling and arranging shipments. The company did repay us for the receipts turned in, but not for all the time and work getting these documents from the colleges in the Ukraine and Russia.
