On August 17th of 2009, in TX, Drivetime/Santander repossessed my Tahoe in a VERY violent and illegal manner. I called your company in October to tell you that I did not want your service and the man had said that he would cancel it and credit my cell phone account the $9.99 a month. I have cancelled my account over the phone and attempted to e-mail this company four times. The e-mail address they give is bogus. I have disputed the charges with the credit card company, because at the direction of the customer service department at Bio Extenze - they said, send it back and we will credit your account. Order still has not been received after 10 weeks. The invoice stated that it could take up to 2-4 weeks for order to be received. After multiple emails and calls this company threatened me that if I chose to stop payment or dispute this charge with my credit card company that they would charge me a $40 chargeback fee and report me to a company called http://chargebackprotection.org/ and that I would never be able to do business with anyone online again. Got this card going into college. Started to use it exclusively for my purchases, never went over my limit, always paid off my balance in full on a monthly basis, and built up a pretty good credit history. I canceled my land line and was promised (because I have three other AT&T services) that my "bundle" would not be compromised. It was. I was told after I received a 2-month bill from DISH Network, that I had, in essence, started my 2 year contract all over again! Mid November I submitted a claim for 6 tickets I bought. at the amount of $7200. I sent all the forms. few weeks later the insurance company "TripMate" requested a duplicate of the documents I sent form my Travel agent. This company (really one guy and his helper) installed a window for me and then did yard work. He installed the window crooked and it leaks. I tried to call him numerous times to fix and he wouldnt return the calls. He asked for cash only and offered a discount but thankfully I paid him with a check and was able to cancel the check. I signed my child up for a dance class last fall. The studio charges signup fees plus monthly cost for class. Class seemed a bit more expensive, but offered a discount for automatic payment. Re unfair late-fee charges. I have been a Chevron card holder since 1964.I pay my bills in full on time but have found recently that even 7-10 days is not enough mailing time.
