I ordered these products online and missed the trial period date due to my husband being ill and put in the hospital. I know I should have paid more attention but it has been pretty ruff at my home the past few weeks. This company provides very poor service and poor customer service if you ever have to call and complain. They charged me for a plow job that was done so poorly that I had to call out another company the same day to redo the job they should have done if the first place. I called and complained and they told me they did the best they could and if I wasn't happy to find someone else to do it and then still sent me a bill! How Rude! The next company that came out even commented on how incorrectly the lot was plowed! They claim to attend over 40 boat shows and put your boat in a printed directory. This guy went so far as to tell me he had many couples interested in my boat. I signed up and never received one call even after dropping my price to half the value of others like it. Now when I call this guy has the balls to tell me he is getting offers but the prices are too low. I asked to speak directly to the buyers and obviously that is not possible. I stopped by Rite-Aid yesterday, as this drug store was closer to my Doctors office and on my route home, I had 1 perscription to have filled and was told would be 40 minute wait. I shopped around and sit and waited. I purchased items through Pier One using their credit card by Chase. I had promotional balances that expired 3/1/2010, 4/1/2010 and 7/1/2010. I paid the balance before the promotional expiration of 3/1/2010 prior to that date; however, they applied my payment to the balance which expired 4/1/2010 resulting in an interest charge of $88.57 from the promotional balance that ended 3/1/2010. I purchased a software product called key finder from this company and downloaded online to my laptop. I had lost the product key to my cyberlink DVD program and was getting ready to install a larger HD in my laptop and needed the key to reinstall the dvd program. These people are brokers only and hire cheap men with trucks to move you. Trucks are broken down and they break things. Our truck came from MTL Transportation from Phoenix Arizona. The phone number on their website is no longer in service but the drivers were able to reach the owner with no problem. They spoke no english so we didn't know what they were saying. In 2007 Dr. Theresa Jarmuz performed a face lift on me and to this day I avoid mirrors due to her aggressive and poorly executed surgery. One side of my face was pulled tighter than the other. Ticketmaster still has $36.00 tickets in a better section. Coast to Coast is a broker and they buy tickets from people and sell them at a much higher price. An auto mechanic from Gateway Tire and Auto on Cool Springs Blvd in Franklin, TN lied and cheated me. I had AutoZone run my check-engine light before I dropped the car off and was told there was a problem with my transmission. The repair center replaced a $500 fuel injection system without my consent or even calling with the diagnosis. I have tried numerous times to find replacement latches for the SnapTopper storage containers. If you use the website customer service form, no one ever responds. If you call customer service no one answers. That is no way to run a company. I cannot find any where to buy the parts.
