I started my s corp with the company corporation. They immediately sent out my info to other companies that send you tons of junk mail. Then I found out that there are multiple requirements my s corp needs, such as changes to the generic bylaws and articles of incorporation they send you, that the comp corp never told me about. This place is so unorganized, I made an appointment to have my dog neutered for 35.00$. Yes, its super cheap but the customer service is terrible. This place is a half hour away from us so I called ahead of time to ask what was required of me, what can I expect of my dog before and after the operation. The "designer tape" sold as a more costly alternative to generic duct tape due to surface designs suffers absolutely dismal performance. The plastic design layer adheres so well to the next layer's adhesive that it comes off the roll with the design stuck to the adhesive. This makes it such that you see a whitish underlayer instead of the design and there is no adhesive bottom. It's completely worthless. I hired JEC Remodeling to lay flooring, install a new sink and paint a bedroom and got cheated out of money and quality. The job was to take a week and ended up taking two because Juan was on the phone nonstop with his parents. I had an issue with porting my number over to page plus. I didn't have a working phone for two days which had been pre paid. I spoke to a supervisor to let him know the situation and he had the nerve to hang up on me while I was speaking. I could not believe it. Sometimes you're better off paying extra for good service. ARW Construction LLC contracted Lackey Enterprises Inc. to perform directional boring tasks for a job they were doing in the Lincolton NC area. The invoices were paid on a regular bases until the job was complete and ARW moved out of town. At that time they stopped all payments and communications with Lackey Enterprises. My wife and I purchased furniture in oct2009, couch, coffee table, dining room table and kitchen server.
