I recently had 19.63 taken from my account and have no idea how they got my account info. Three times this happen and my bank treated me like i forgot i ordered something. I filled a form out to get my money back and i was informed that due to federal reserve threshold of 25.00 or more they are unable to get my money back but can stop any more from going through. Besides this car dealership charging extraordinary high prices, they have no respect for your property. I drove 6 hours to Tampa to order a 2010 Camaro because they wanted $3000 above MSRP at Sandy Sansing. I purchase an car amp for Christmas, the first problem started when I was charged twice on my credit card, next after getting the product it was defected. Tried for 2 weeks before reaching someone and all I was told is that they were short of customer service help. I paid them 2300 dollars to do a modification. They preapproved me. In the end I got nothing. My second was not even addressed because the bank to them to take a hike and they did. I would not reccomend them to anyone. You con do your own loan modifications. The attorneys never talks to you. You will get some lady who is basically a secretary doing your modification. At the time it looked like a real cashiers check (Chase Bank) and my bank (Bank of America) cashed it and cleared it with no problem. Beware of Ask.com, if you use them they may install a program on your computer that constantly redirects websites you are viewing to Ask.com. It seems to be a very hard program to get rid off. I have spent hours trying to figure out how to get it off my computer with no success. Some sites I can not even view because it keeps being redirected to Ask.com. Very frustrating.
