I am writing you because I am being ignored by a large product manufacturer. Lexus/Toyota is refusing to hear my claim or even consider my situation on the car. I have not had my claim denied by Lexus because they simply will not even consider my issue. I am the owner of a 2004 Lexus RX 330 that has a failed engine due to oil sludge. I hired this joke of a handyman that claims to have 24 years of experience to hang a simple interior door, a bedroom door. I got the door myself, painted it, even the hole for the doorknob was ready for him. He was to measure and hang. EFC Martial Arts tuition and John Beluschak's school in Clairton PA are insane. I did a kickboxing fitness class for one year. I cancelled my contract at the end of the first year ( to not renew the next) well... they keep charging my credit card. Purchased UGG slippers from this site for my wife at Christmas. She wore the slippers a couple of times when she notice that the fur on the heel was fallling out. I have been dealing with CNAC and JD Byrider for the last 5 years. I was looking for a job using the internet. I responded to a job ad. When I received an email back from "the company" they had me click on a website to get a credit report for their business purpose. Ok, so I am naive. But I am in desperate need of a job and they took advantage of a single mom who didn't have $14.95 to spare for a credit report. AOL used to do this kind of thing, offer something free and then charge you for it in 30 days, etc without mentioning that in their adds. As soon as I found out they were doing this, I left AOL forever. Knight sticks are not free. You pay $99 after ten days, then $60/mo after a month. I have just spent the last hour trying to resolve what are now TEN calls to verizon DA and verizon help. Each time I was provided either a wrong number or disconnected, then transferred twice from 411 to verizon directly where I was placed on hold for 15-20 minutes.
