They Charge 110.00 for cleaning and over 200.00 a night, for a very dirty house with mouse dropping everywhere and traps. Also Mold and sewage smell! Cockroaches. I paid $1.97 to find out what this was about, once I was allowed access, you get all these videos that you are suppose to watch or read. You are never told anywhere that you will be charged $119.40 for these videos, that do not have sound, picture, nothing to read, etc. I tried calling them, only to get the message that the mailbox was full, so I e-mailed them to cancel this account within 15 minutes of getting access. I am going to close my account with NY and Co b/c after reviewing my receipts, I discovered that I have been overcharged multiple times. I agree with the other complainant, FirstLine Security is hands down the worst. Their system sent out several false alarms from my house as well. Then in Jan. 2008 the controller power supply shorted out and caught fire almost burning our house down. This was after I called them a week earlier to report the power supply was VERY warm. I received a pre-approved line of credit for ten thousand dollars. The letter guarenteed that if I sent them a check or money order in the amount of $37 dollars that the amount would be added to my card once I called and activated it. I have had nothing but trouble with this company's equipment from the start. Now for the last week or so I can not keep connected to the wireless internet for more than 5 or 6 minutes. Just wondering why this dealership is allowed to charge such extraordinary prices for services. We have had to take our four year old car in for numerous services only to have to drive it away due to such high service charges. Examples: $225 for a battery replacement; $450 for rear disk brake pads only; and $328 to replace an ignition key. Also, the car is only four years old and on its 3rd battery. I cancelled subscription to GetFit&Slim website, who is also Cost Smashers, and the Acai Berry program. The cancellation was in June 2009. All Acai Berry supplements were returned to the shipper with a letter saying not to send any more of the product. I also went online and told them not to send any further shipments.
