I went to Walmart Vision Center in Charlotte NC, had my eyes examined for perscription lens. I chose the Caribbean Sun frames. The cost was over $250.00 After 1 month the ear piece fell off. I'm a participating stylist with the company and have had nothing but problems. Not only are students getting scammed but the hair stylist are as well. They don't explain how the card works, that the stylist may or may not be able to get them, and that they stylist is not paid, they rely on tips from the "free services". I paid $3500 for Ortega Granderson to assist me with a loan modification. I ended up with a 3-month forebearance trial plan. This is not what I had signed up for. I already got the forebearance plan on my own by calling Chase. Granderson did not negotiate anything better for me. They told me to try the trial plan and possibly the bank might offer me a loan modification at the end of the trial plan. And who know what the terms would be. They would not refund me my money. My October 2009 AT&T bill showed a charged of $14.95 by Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. In the description of the charge it states "MYIPRODUCT IMAIL VOICEMAIL MTHLY FEE" The phoneline in question is a fax machine, and no one ever requested any voicemail. This is a purely fraudulent charge aimed at people who don't regularly check their phone bill. Maytag Support has been difficult to contact and competely unresponsive about getting the appropriate technician out to fix a big screen TV. I've lined up a service rep that has the part and is in the neighborhood to fix the set today.
