Americinn Hotel in Hutchinson is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff were rude especially the General Manager (Brad Jacobson) The Hotel is small, Dirty, And smelly.But what got me the most was the security at this hotel. I don't know where they find people like that but he followed my teenagers around all night harassing them and hanging outside our door trying to peep inside the room. After running this way for over a year, Webroot decides to revoke my subscription/keycode so I can no longer receive virus definitio updates. Had a 30, 000 miles service for $600.00, 6 weeks later I had a flat. Tripple A came and when he changed tire inform me that both rear tires was bald on the corners. So I took the car to a place I knew they replaced the tires and aligned the front end. cost $350.00.What I would like to know is why was I not told about it when they rotated the tires at Crystal Auto Mall, witch also told me next time I came in that I only had 25% brakes left. It has been 5 weeks since my car was taken to this dealership to find out what was wrong with the car and to get the extended warranty co to approve or deny what has to be done. No rental we have been borrowing vehicles to transport my 90yr old Mother to appoints and shopping. I get the run around from the dealer, they say it the insurance company and the insurance company says it is the dealer. The insurance co says they don't make phone calls that the dealer is to let us know what is happening and dealer says the opposite., So my car still is not fixed and is getting a rebuilt engine we know nothing about and no one cares. I recently found a charge for "Norton Annual Renewal" on my Visa statement. The phone number 877-294-5265 is, I believe, a scam and will put you on hold indefinitely. I stayed on the line for over 30 minutes to see. I called Symantec who makes this product and they verified that they have NOT made any charges to my account. After seeing Dr Kleiman I now have very bad eyes. Especially in the right eye. My eyesight was farsighted, now I cannot read without glasses. I had to get glasses anyway because of nearsightedness and farsightedness now. Now i have bifocals. I have a hard time seeing when driving after dark. I fear eventual blindness now! CTM Tiles at Cannon Hill sold me 90 square metres of "porcelain" tiles that have been drawn on with permanent marker on the sides. I paid for 1st quality tiles and was sold 2nd quality - apart from the pen there are visible bubbles, marks and defects on most tiles. I love Benjamin Moore paint, but today I went to their store in Arlington Virginia to get some samples. The store charged me $12 for 2- two ounce bottles of paint! That actually works out to about $380 a gallon Why they would want to charge this much and then expect you to return and buy their paint is a customer service mystery. So I took the color samples to Home Depot where they cross referenced them and mixed a whole quart of paint and charged me $7. I contracted with this flower shop in the Bay Street mall in Emeryville to do my wedding and the guy, David Guevara, was a total flake. He lied about having a degree in horticulture, I checked the college he claimed to have attended. And he makes up these stories about he was this ballet dancer with the SF BAllet, but they never heard of him. Later, I also heard he never even graduated from high school because he was in jail for car theft. He never came through on my wedding and put me in a total bind. On 7/3/09 we purchased a reclining sofa and love seat for $999.99. It was delivered on 7/8/09 and by 9/29/09, that's right, 2 and 1/2 months later 3 of the 4 recliners were broken.
