I hired heritage to build a web site for me. I paid them up front for building the web site and 1 year of hosting. I had to make monthly payments for them to build web site. A man calling himself Ronnie Best called one evening saying he worked for a "government regulated organization" that offered Financial Protection Services to people that had more than 2 credit cards with interest rates above 13%. 11/19/09 Purchased pills in July 2009. Sent them back August 2009. I bought these pills for pain Flexprotexd, and the side effects on the bottle said do not take if you have liver diease. Peak 5 filed bankruptcy and never forwarded any correct information to SST who says they have my loan now...but the DMV says someone else does...SST is eveidently a third party collecting for them...In the mean time, they are trying to repo my car when I am not behind at all. If you really look at this so called bill, the printing of it also flagged me. And they do not show a correspondence of any type at the bottom of the letter. ok I called before going in to make sure i had what they would accept. Upon arriving I brought in several bags when I was told I would get $2.50 for Brand name designer jeans that were in like new condition, on top of that she was very PICKY over the top. I ordered the free trial that was advertised on MSN by some "mom" who it worked for . She said to order the free trial of premier white and sparkle white together and that they worked really well. Well I found out the trial is not actually free. In small print it says if you don't cancel your free trial and send the free trial product back in 10 you will be charged $99. The "customer service" for Banana Republic's Luxe [Visa] card is a joke. First, their "system" consists of endless "if you want . . push 3" loop tapes, without an "escape" to a real person. Second, the choices offered cover few needs. Third, once you do choose a "need, " you're placed on hold for 10+ minutes. Fourth, the "person" who answers can't speak English. I was stupid enough to try this rental program they told me that I had to pay $85 to even get a listing of the homes they had so I did and in return I found no home and now I'm out of $85. My husband and I met with Jeff at the Florida Executive Search in October 2008. After a couple of meetings (some of which were rescheduled many times by them) it wasn't until February 2009 they had a resume they prepared for us. The resume was so bad, I had to rewrite it. I was given a price of $380.00 for one pair of single vision and one pair of progressive bifocals including exam. They refused to give me the price for just one pair of either kind. After asking 3 times with no answer I asked for a copy of my prescription. I was told because I wasted so much time "Hemming and hawing" the doctor was gone and could not sign it. We purchased 2 Philip Stein watches while on a Princes Cruise at their "recommended stores" on 2 separate locations; Barbados and St. Lucia. The number that I was able to get through on to cancel this account was different to the one in the terms and conditions. It was 866-481-8192. As I was calling from Australia, the international code was 0011-1. Managed to cancel my account thank goodness. I had to try a few times: the first time I got disconnected immediately; second time I got disconnected after about a minute and the third time I got through after being on hold for about 4 minutes.
