We were contacted by this company several weeks ago about combining the 2 mortgages we have - one being a heloc with an adjustable rate. We provided all the info and were told taht the mortgage would be refinanced into one under an FHA mortgage which allows a 125% loan to value. When you provide your credit/debit card information to who you think is intellus, it is actually going to these people known as VAL MAX.
