My pool pump gave out. I called Leslie Pools in Vienna Virginia and got a price on the pump, and asked about installation. They said installation was free. I then went down there, and they said show up on Saturday for the a big sale. They reaffirmed the free install, and today (Saturday) I went to buy it. Purchased a used lemon, I mean car, here and got the typical used car salesman pitch, only it worked and I purchased the piece of junk. I rented a toy hauler from Happy Camper on May 1, 2008. About 50 miles out of town on May 2, 2008, we stopped to check a tire and saw it was flat. We read the policy/procedure document given and it stated we needed to call the office and if someone was available, they would come fix the problem. Tcf bank is one of the worst organizations. They chargeed us over 1200 in overdraft fee's. After a 1400 dollar paycheck they still kept us in a negative of 700. They charge 35 dollars per overdraft, no matter the price. They do not keep up with billing statements, and the online billing does not work. Beware of this bank, if any bank should of been shut down this one should of been in the main category. I have already complained before. Here is what I have found out since. I have filed a complaint with my bank, my local police dept. and the Illinois Attorney General. Lowes sold me carpet and install. They demanded that I buy an amount of carpet that they determined that I needed. I did not agree that I needed so much (with 22% waste) and asked to be shown how they intended to use the carpet requiring the higher amount. They refused and refused to install unless I agreed to purchase the higher amount of carpet that they said I needed. So I had no choice but to agree. This warranty company authorized repairs, we recieved the check, deposited it, then came back for non sufficent funds. We have called them numerous times without a phone call back. This site cons you into storing files there for free up to 25 M but then after a short while sends out an email notice requiring that you PAY within a week or your files will be deleted. Also cannot get in to retrieve said files because it asks for billing info for access. A total scam and now the Mediamax site has renamed itself to LinkUp but it's the same old scam. Ordered an Auroralites dog collar in February of 2008 for a total of $51.00 USD. I never received the dog collar. Having a 2003 dodge 1 ton Ram pickup the torque converter bolts came loose from the flex plate. The torque converter also locked up causing the vehicle to vibrate. TPA risk management declined to pay for the repairs due to: 1. They said they did not cover bolts. These are the 8 bolts which hold the torque converter to the flex plate or flywheel. 2. They said the truck had a 5th wheel hitch in the bed of the truck. This is a 1 ton cummins diesel. I ordered a pair of UGGS, when they arrived - from CHINA, they were obviously not authentic. Their website says they are 100% Authentic. I can return the boots for a refund, but I have to send them to China. When I contacted the company, they would not even sign a name to the email they sent. This is an inferior floor that will get damage with regular cleaning and then Empire will blame the consumer. Not to mention the damage done when liquid is spilled, even when cleaned up right away. I took a train to the city to audition for a casting call at elite model. When me and a couple other people auditioned, only one person was accepted. The person who interviewed us was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. When I asked him on how I could improve, he referred me to other agencies. You would think that after a person comes all that way just for a casting call they would be a little more polite. They think they can act that way but it's not alright.
