This company has been taking money from my account for over a year under different names. My loan was for $200 with a finance charge of $60 and they have taken over $1000 from my account. Customer service is terrible. I placed an order, for a Christmas gift, on December 10th and almost immediately received an order confirmation. After 4 days there was no status update. I had to e-mail the company to see if the order had been proccessed. It took 2 days for them to get back to me and when they did, they said the order had been canceled. My husband had to have my car towed to this gas station about 4 months ago due to a tire rod bolt coming off. We were really impressed with them being friendly so when the same car started to overheat we immediatly thought of them to have the car towed. Worked for company as independent subcontractor. I was hired to fabricate, finish and install a custom maple handrail. My company was to be paid in full at time of installation. The project was completed on August 22 2009. At that time Heath M. Slavin refused the bill and started to re-negotiate the original agreement between he and I. Since that time, I've carried the company to small claims court. I was awarded the entire judgement for unpaid invoices and all interest involved with the invoice. Worked with Blackout and personally met / signed papers with a man named Jimmy Gash. My credit card issuer contacted me on 12-15-09 to report a charge of $0.13 on my card to a company called Bartecla, LLC in Lake Success, New York. I had a leaky hot water faucet on my tub. The Technician came out to repair the leak and while repairing it damaged the faucet by scratching it up with his tools. This company sold me a one year maintenance agreement that I paid for in advance. It gave me two maintenance calls. They performed one and then refused to honor the second one that I had ALREADY paid for because 12 months had passed. In addition, the return policy is posted on the second level of the store, the check out line is on the first level. I have been using Power Clock software since 2006. A hard disk crash caused loss of the program but I still had my data and key code to activate the program. Power clock refuses to supply a new copy of the .exe file so I can reinstall unless I pay $150 to upgrade. They say they don't keep copies of their old versions. I do not believe them. I booked a rental car for one week in Italy at the end of September with a guaranteed rate. I picked up the car at the Rome airport and intended to return it there. However, the traffic was so bad I inquired in Chiusi if I could drop the car off there and take the train in to Rome. I was told by two different employees on two different occasions that there would be no penalty or drop-off fee. My complaint about Google resolves around their willingness to accept advertising from just about anyone. Anything to make a buck I suppose, the dollar being the corporate god. Do not order boots from Uggfacebook.com. They are not an approved Ugg dealer. Their boots are fake. I ordered some and they didn't fit, they smelled like chemicals, and were obvious fakes.
