MSSB increased their fees without clear notice in a manner that most investors would understand. There were also disappearances of small amounts from my account, with codes nobody seemed to understand. Then suddenly, without clear notice, they started selling securities to cover a new "low balance" fee. I was driving on HW 8 In Houston, TX and there is this intersection where NW tollway and HW 8 get merged and demerged. Traffic slowed down a bit and I was on right lane. As there is this truck in front of me, I moved to left lane when there is a space to fit my car. However this guy with license #82298A with Texas driving license almost killed me and would have endangered lives of many people. Ike destroyed my roof. So Blues Brothers said they were fully lisenced (ccc 1327232). My roof is leaking bad and have left many messages, will not call me back. On April 30, 2009, I purchased a bag of Quakers Rice Snacks that are on sale. Today, I started eating some of my snacks and come to find out that they expired on June 4, 2008. I took my vehicle to the dealer for an engine nock. After performing $800 worth of repairs and diagnosis I was told that I needed a new engine. The problem was significant enough that they should have been able to diagnose the problem without the unnecessary repairs that ran up my bill. The dealer did an engine flush, replaced two sets of lifters, and then check the rod bearings. The actual problem was a the main bearing. The end play on the crank shaft was out by 0.030. I took my 1992 Toyota Celica to Chris Sutton towing & Repair on 04-14-09 for an oil lead to be diagnosed. I spoke to him on 04-16-09 and he said he had to order a seal from toyota and was waiting on it to come in. This company charged us £17, 500 several years ago to double glaze and supply patio doors for the entire house. We have had consistent problems which they have persistently either refused to come out to look at or successfully repair/ replace. We have damp interior walls from windows, sticking patio doors and almost the enite supply of window handles are cracked or broken. They ignore phone calls and letters and have done an appalling job. The sunbeds are very unclean, they don't get washed after each customer, the floors are a disgrace, full of dirt. There is no perspex over the tubes making it more likely to burn yourself. On this occassion that i visited the sunbed there was urine in the bin!!! When i asked the lady at the counter has it been cleaned she said yes, clearly it hadn't and she still didn't remove the bin. When i burnt my arm on the tube she said i should have been more careful. Second time I have used this company and even though they advertise to be the cheapest data recovery company in the UK and give you a money back guarantee they are nothing of the sort. Both cases were very diffrerent and was charged the same amount and even though they quote you prices excluding VAT they charge you VAT on top claiming that it says so on their websites. I went to Party Times to look for a naughty nurse costume. They were all in bags with a picture of the outfit on the front. 3 mobile appear to be one of several companies (AOL being another that brings out a cold sweat)that go out of their way to prevent you from leaving them. Ordered a beachcomber hot tub 350 model in April 2008, paid 6, 224.00 deposit. Goods should have been delievered 31st December 2008. Was told the hot tub was held up in customs, wrong model sent. By March 26th 2009 I had been told so many different stories why there was a delay, that I finally asked for my deposit back. I am still waiting for the money. I called the company to get an engineer to unblock a rainwater pipe that is flooding my hallway. An engineer arrived as promised at 15:30 and left at 17:30. The engineer arrived without the equipment to lift a manhole cover - I had to go to a neighbor's contractor to borrow a manhole key to assist him.
