We purchased our English Bulldog, Maya in May of 2009. When we purchased her, we were told that there is no history of hip displaysia or knee problems. We just spent $1400 on Maya's first luxated patella surgery. Olga told us to wait on the problem (why, so she could tear her ACL), and that she would grow out of it. Olga overbreeds and then lies to people that buy the pups. It is horrible! When we tried to work with her about it, she said that she would only take the pup back. Why? So, she could put her down? I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra, approx 61, 000 miles. The right front bearing have gone out. I contacted toyota and was told that item is covered under the powertrain warranty. Too bad for me that warranty is only 60, 000 miles, eventhough I am only about 1, 200 miles over the warranty toyota would not help me out. I went through the whole "14 day trial" process, returned their product (which was not the one I ordered), received a cancellation number, and was STILL billed $79.28! When I informed them of this, they told me my refund would post in 5-10 business days. It's been 17 days and they now tell me it may take up to two months! I have been told 3-4 different versions of the refund process and have been told it's impossible to get in touch with "corporate." Please! I have been a customer of Aaron Sales and Lease for about three years. How stupid can I be, they are the worst employees out there. The company sold me a Panasonic digital camera in June08, which has subsequently become faulty. Despite me sending them 8 emails, they have not offered a solution/remedy. Having spoken with Panasonic they have advised that they will not cover the camera under manufacturing warranty as it is a US supplied only camera. Furthermore is not CE approved for sale in the UK. I have been offered pests spray by the phone, and accepted technician to come to inspect my house with no obligations. He came, I said that I will call him back, but he put the note in the computer that he sprayed my house. Since than PestBear are blackmailing me to pay for the one year contract that I never signed. I am paying for my telly through a pound meter that is emptied every 8 weeks. I was informed by another employee that my previous collector was dismissed due to stealing money from his customers meters by taking more money than he should. I have shopped from Eve's Addiction various times and felt content until after placing an order my order didn't arrive. An order that was suppose to arrive in 3-5 business days is still yet to get here (it has now been almost 2 weeks since it was shipped). On Dec 30 2008, I sent blueprint drafting (18 sheets in a digital PDF file) via email to be printed by EP Engineering for the amount of $54. The order was completed and shipped in Jan 2009. In May I had to make changes to two of the sheets, and when I printed those at another vendor, I found the scale was different. EP had printed the drafting at larger than 100%. I ordered a car from Auto Lusso in April 2007 and paid a £1, 000 deposit. They stated that the car would be delivered to the UK in May 2007. I therefore sold my existing car and borrowed my fathers. I bought the straighteners from a website that advertisest themselves as an official GHD registered site and also ha the option of paying by paypal, as a result of this I thought I would be safe in the knowledge that if they where fake I would be able to claim my money back through paypal and also surely paypal wouldnt be backing a fake site! After ordering a pack of spare blades for my Gillette Mach 3 Razor, I waited for about a week for any sign of them, and this was a card from Royal Mail stating I had to pay for a small package as the sender had not paid enough postage, although they said it would be free. After changing the blade for a new one, I tried it. Big mistake. I was left with nicks on my face as the blade was just not of a good quality. I cancelled my contract with Access Self-Storage on 19/03/2009. I received my statement on 20/04/2009 and Access Self-Storage £63.40 was taken from my account unaware Barclays Debit Card on 16/04/2009. A short time ago I had lost my debit card and I was sent new card . But Access didnt know the details of my new card. The company after cancelling contract with Access Company, they have taken money out again from my account via 11-digit number on my card.
