During my call they alleged that they were having problems with credit cards. How could that be possible if my card had been charged already? My car was in the shop for a rear defrost malfunction. When I picked it I found Mcdonalds garbage in the back of the car as well as a wallet belonging to a mechanic. This company has been very unpleasant. We signed up for oil and then agreed to their service plan. Our oil furnace was not working. They sent someone out to fix it. Friday morning as the boiler worked intermittently, I called Pimlico to book an engineer. There was no daytime appointment available so I booked after 6pm. As an engineer had not arrived by mid evening I called to ask what time to expect them. The call centre informed me that they had no idea when the job would be allocated. This was the most awful experience I have ever had! I bought a puppy from the Robinson Town Center store one evening, the store was basically run by a bunch of kids. I went in for a Passport renewal to the good 'ol USPS today. All that is necessary to renew is your old passport book, 2 passport photos, 2 pieces of paperwork, and a $75.00 check. I collected all these items prior to my visit to the post office. All I wanted was the good deal on a Nikon camera. The told me that Nikon didn't come with certain warranties, batteries, charger, etc., and then they said they would give me a great deal on these items. Turned out that Nikon product does come with the warranties, batteries, charger, etc., except I end up paying much more than had I bought it locally. They also said I would be given free express delivery. It took a week and I was charged $49.50. To return item, I will be further charged a restocking fee that makes it an even greater loss.
