This was the worst service possible. A bad bait & switch VALPAC ad "$65 for whole air duct cleaning package and no hidden charges". I was charged $250 for "duct cleaning: -which involves using a small compressed hose/ air and blowing the face of the vent ducts. A small vacuum was connecting to one of the other ducts. Absolute control freaks. Constant threatening notes to the entire community about policy enforcement and arbitrary rules created on the fly (esp. regarding parking) that feel like the place is ran like a prison. There was a fakeness about one of the salespeople I met, and each different salesperson gave me a different story about price. Twice, they told me they would call me back. They never called!
