I ordered fabric from Jo-Ann via amazon.com and three weeks later, with no contact between then, they cancelled/refunded the fabric and claimed it was "out of stock". Lo and behold, it is in stock, but for a higher price. That is completely illegal, aka bait and switch. I had bought 12 yards of fabric for 1.99/yd, and it shows in stock now for 5.99/yd. I was contacted by Nicole Miller and was told that they had a buyer for my timeshare. She told me that if the buyer backed out I was guaranteed $3500.00. They buyer backed out then I was told they had another buyer for the same price. I got nothing. Next my account was transferred to another person, then another person. I call every day and leave messages for Nicole and Bradley to call me. Why should it cost over a million dollars to school 30 children? The Town of Swans Island, Maine has a school budget of over one million dollars. Only 30 or so children attend the school and less than a dozen attend high school in a neighboring town. Property taxes and other fees are at unexplained rates because the local officials claim they just know from experience what the sums should be, then when pressed the standard excuse mantra is "The school budget". I took the required exam and scored high on it and recieved a High School Diploma as promised.I was told by the administration assistant that the Diploma was recognized by several Colleges including M.A.T.C. On November 19th I ordered the Accai product. I received it on the 24th of November. I was under the impression that I would have to cancel the order 14 days after its arrival. During this time I went thru a period of financial struggle and was haggling with my bank while my phone was off. When my money was finally released, I checked my current transactions to find that over half of my money was deducted thru this diet system. The product works. I was not satisfied with the work they did and upon them not fixing the problem, I filed a comlpaint. After doing so, Sajid Hussain, who works at the company, posted my personal information including full name, address, and number, which was obtained from an order I placed, on a third party site in violation of privacy policy. I purchased a brand new car from this dealership and have had nothing but problems with the car and the way they have treated me. I regreted my purchase the day after I bought the car. I tried to get my original car back, but they refused. The lied about the car not being there anymore, when it clearly was there for 6 months. Zhanjin Furniture Co shipped me a broken dining fake marble table back in Sept 19, 2007 and they have resolved their claim with their vendor, DHL on 11/8 but they still haven't reimburse me for the broken dining table yet. Midwest Manufacturing makes Mastercraft Doors and sells thru Menards. Long story short: we bgt FIVE (5) Mastercraft French Doors for new construction. EVERY single one leaked horribly. This is the place shows how unprofessional customer service, and how bad the experience you get. All they are concern is about your pocket money. I had a horrible lasik experience there. The surgery scheduled on 2:00PM, but the doctor arrived at the office after 2:30PM. There was no recovery room after surgery. There was no follow-up call to ask your feeling after surgery. On 12/10/2009 All County Towing Towed my vehicle from my apartment complex. I have just recently moved in and have been assigned a parking place. I have not seen, signed or been told of any parking lot regulations. Their is no disclaimer in my lease.
