Good Afternoon, I decided to try the product which was advertised for $14.99 for a trial period of 30 days with a full refund if not satisfied. I was not satisfied and called to cancel trial and I received authorization number. I mailed the product the very next day. A few days later they charged my credit card 72$ and in Aug they tried to charge me again but thankfully I had my card number changed therefore the bank rejected the extra charge for 86$. i ordered 2 sets of bump its and when the total came up insted of confirming order to submit they charged my credit card and gave an order confirmation number, instead of it being 9.99 plus s&h they charged me 154.00 with a shipping charge of 85.00. However, I received the product on September 28, 2009 and they started taking money from my account on Oct 7, 2009. This company has taken $163.95 of unauthorized payments from my checking account. GE Profile gas range model PGB918SEM1SS. The burner knobs on this stove are made of plastic with a fake stainless steel veneer. The heat from the oven vents, (a row of vents located directly below the burner knobs) is melting the knobs. These knobs (6 of them) cost a whopping $35 each to replace with the same type of knob, which will simply melt again unless all the knobs are removed when the oven is in use. We purchased 5 lines of service through Reliable Wireless who sells cell phone service for T-Mobile at the Eastwood Mall. We had them physically look up our address in their coverage area which they show as very good coverage. We asked the question numerous times about any fees if we were unsatified with the service. Please send your report to the Federal trade Commission at www.FTC.gov as well as the better business bureau. Same boat, not only did they charge $79.28 for the free trial (which actually was not free) then another $80 x 2 for the first month which was charged 14 days later. Plus they sign you up for additional "memberships" to websites that charge your credit card for $6 to $8 monthly. though all of my payments to credit cards post the same day, hsbc hold it if one is close to their due date, I have proof. Sometimes three or four days. The misleading company salesperson said I would have over a 90% chance of a mortgage modification, amongst other claims I wanted to hear. I guess this is common complaint. You are warned repeatedly by Norton every time you log on that your coverage is going to expire, however you have already agreed with them on an automatic renewal. When you renew on-line, you give them your card # and they charge you, then a couple of days later, when it really expires, they charge you again.The CC company will reverse the charge, but I don't know why Norton ( SYMANTIC)doesn't fix this. I have made an order on Friday the 13th of March 2009 night for 1 pillow. I have received NO CONFIRMATION of my order. I have tried to call the company and thereis no reply. I left a message on Monday leaving my number and there was no call back. I also have emailed the company on Sunday asking for info on my order. First of all the remote stops on any given number so that my 87 yr old grandmother cannot even use the bed. My husband got her the bed so that so could get in and out of the bed easier on her own. I ordered and paid for furniture from eClick in April 2008. Some arrived but 3 items didn't. The items that didn't arrive came to a total of £337.00. Ordered ugg boots on November 11th 2008, they failed to arrive for Christmas. Emailed them, got prompt rely saying there had been a delay but they had been sent. They didn't arrive for Christmas so a teenage girl went without her main present. They said they might have been lost so would send another pairin Jan. These didnt arrive, so I asked for a refund, since then they keep using delaying tactics or ignoring emails and I haven';t seen a panny. I feel people should be aware of what is going on here. I have had a penalty charge notice (PCN) placed on my car on 15 December 2008. The reason for the charge was that my wheels were on the pavement. I have the same complaint as all the others. They say they will send you a free trial, just pay shipping and handling. Well, you don't get the free trial until after the 14 day cancellation period.
