I am a retailer that ordered from this sign maker for the first time. Before ordering, I shopped arounded. All the other companies quoted a month to six weeks production, so I chose them...as they quoted a week and a half of production time. I ordered books from this company and when I realized it had been well past the promised shipping date I attempted to contact them multiple times, the never replied although their contact us response says they will get back with you in 48 hours or less. Finally after much time delay they replied with, "your order was shipped and is now being returned to our warehouse. we will refund you your money less any fees we incurred". Not only will I loose out on money but I did not receive the text books I need for class. We had a representative come to the house to look at our exisitng furniture and had her order the matching pieces which was represented as a model number. When it arrived, it turned out to be the wrong color. We found out that the model number on the paperwork was incorrect. California Furniture refused to take responsibility for the mistake. We discussed it with them and eventually reported them to the Better Business Bureau with no results. We were forced to sell it as a consignment and lost hundreds of dollars. I continually get emails from Ice Mountain that are intended for someone who is a current customer and is not paying his bill. I tried to unsubscribe the email from the company but w/o knowing your account # (and I am not a customer) you cannot unsubscribe. I called the company 3 times to remove my email and told them the name of the customer, but they only wanted my personal info and I refused to give it to them because all they need to know is my email address and the customer's name who it needs to go to so they can get his real email address. Beware of LEDLight.com. This company is selling products that they know are defective. No support for failed LED bulbs. These bulbs are very expensive ($20 - $105) and in some cases last only two or three weeks. They refuse to replace defective bulbs. When I received the dvds most of them would not work properly so I decided to contact the company to get a return authorization on all the items. I have sent numerous emails and have not received any communication from them. They do not post an address or phone number and hide behind a false hope that you will be contacted by email. When you are looking for large-sized bras on the internet one company keeps turning up, BiggerBras.com or BigGirlBras.com. They seem to have a great selection and very low prices. They had some brands and styles that I was having a hard time finding elsewhere. One thing that really bothered me; they did not offer refunds for returned merchandise, only store credit. This company claims to provide QUALITY SERVICE. Hah! Just try to talk to a customer service representative. All you get are recordings, and repeated requests to enter mile-long numbers. This company does not have any human beings. No matter what number you call, you will get recordings. I have a complaint posted by one of my competitors that try to ruin my business and I turned to Credo Media Group to push it back. They said that if I pay them $5000 for two months they will push that complaint into the 5th page. I paid them the first month and nothing happened. When I called them, they said that it will take some more time and I should pay for the second month. I did this too and now I still don't see anything; the complaint is still there, even higher now. I recently purchased a 2006 Subaru Baja pick up from Sean Petty, et al. It was listed on Ebay Motors as having leather upholstery, but when I took delivery it did not have any leather. The car was delivered with food or gum ground into one of the floor mats. The left rear tail light was broken and it would not pass the state safety inspection. Their sales person, Richard Garza, asked me the details of the property and my personal information so that he could send me a Good Faith Estimate. SHOP of Brides had me western union the money to them since it was a rush dress. I first asked if it was possible to get the dres sin 1 month. They said yes but I have to western union the money. No problem I did. Then they said the dress fabric was poor and they have to make over the dress. I had a gift card that was given to me by my company that I hadn't used and had been expired. I called BOA and told them that the gift card was expired and asked if there was there any way I could get my money back. I've received a letter about getting fined for being out of compliance because I forgot to send in my annual meeting minutes. It looked very official and came from Corporate Compliance Center located in Sacramento, CA. I feel like a fool now, but at the time it passed my radar, so I sent in the money ($120.00).
