Transmission shop uses poor quality parts and do not stand behind their workmanship. After several phone calls and visits, a complaint with the BBB made them finally fix what they didn't do right the first time. Art Adams gives you a low house call of $59.00, untill after the visit you get charged additional $35.00 for diagnosis. They should tell you it is $94.00 (this is misleading to the consumer). The worst meal we've had out at a restaurant in a long, long time. My wife had the shrimp dish which was cold and the shrimp was tasteless and rubbery as if it had sat in a cold water pot after cooking earlier that day then grilled. On December 4th I took my Jeep to this station to have an inspection sticker put on. Zee Haidar, the owner, took my keys and drove my Jeep into the bay and performed the usual tests. After 5 minutes, he backed my Jeep out with a rejection sticker on it. I was told that both of my back brakes were bad, that in fact one was not functioning at all. No answer from them, I submitted a complaint with the BBB. Finally, I got a response. The response was an offer to give me $100 off my next $500+ purchase. Oh my god, Grants tried to get me to spend more money at their store by offering a 20% off coupon to me. Their other offer was to enroll me in a similar grocery rebate program that would cost me $9.95 to enroll. Then I would have to start over with the saving + submitting receipts for 18 months. Urban Active/Paramount Acceptance took 192.15 from my checking account that was not authorized and will not give it back to me. They have givin me the run around with when and how I will get this back. They incorrectly debited my account on 11-19 and told me I would have my $$$ back in 24 hours. 15 days later I have nothing and they refuse to help. Their mistake caused a lot of grief b/c I have other things on auto withdrawl. I would not recommend joining this health club. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau as well. Monthly water bills of $80-96 in two bedroom apartments this is ridiculous and foolish the pay this amount every single month my husband and I do not use that much water. Today I went to Best Buy to buy a digital camera. When I got there I have found what I wanted right away. So I asked one of the employee to help me with the purchase. Guess what happened. She disappeared. I asked for help to every employee when they passes by but they just ignored me or saying that he/she can't help.
