Returned a dress 10 minutes after purchase when I found a better dress at Ivory & co. They refused to put the money back on my card and gave me a store credit. It was over $ 300 and when I went back I told them I lost the paper. They remembered me well and had a copy of the store credit receipt and still to this day refuse to give me the credit. The workers are extremely rude and pushy. They pretend everything you try on is the best on you, especially the most expensive dress. My car was repossed on October 16, 2009. Both of these companies have apparently changed names in the one month since I place "free trial" orders. The Smilebrite web site is now for a what looks like an identical product called"SparkleWhite". The product ordered as "DazzleSmile" came with a "DazzleWhite" return address. The company billed my Credit Card/ATM Visa Logo for $79.95. I had called to Cx this and they billed my anyways, even though it was Cx within their time frame. This products made me very ill. Do not use Save my home usa or LM processing to help in a loan modification. We paid up front for their services in March. Six months have gone by and we did not get a modification and they have not given us our refund per the terms of our contract and will not respond to our attempts to contact anyone. I have been selling my car through auto trader and receieved many calls from motor shop uk.com offering to sell my car. Apparently they will advertise your vehicle and offer finance to the buyer. We had AM & G Soundproofing 2 bedrooms, hall, living room and kitchen. I advised we had problems with banging from upstairs impact and airbourn noise. Entering online compertitions which require input of mobile number, this misreads as sending info on products, but is realy usless info that they charge you for, but you do not realise untill your bill comes in, the number to whach for is 80210 and probably others, this has cost me £36 extra this month and they will not end the texts even if you send STOP message, I had to change my number to end the extorsion. I moved into Waterside holiday park in Corton on the 13 june 08 and was told Housing benefit would be paid. The manager at the holiday park informed me that the park was a 12 month residential park so I was happy to move in with my two children. Used MobilityPass global roaming internet service to connect to internet in my German hotel room. The typical charge is $0.20 /minute plus a connection charge. Didn't notice in the small print that the connection charge on this occasion was $44.00 per use! I used the service twice and was charged over $90.00 for about 1 hour on the internet. I recieve phone calls from Pinnacle fincial daily. I told them I would agree to a payment plan, but once I heard the processing fee, I changed my mind. In December 2008 I purchased 3 Nintendo DS Lites from Gadget Asia as Christmas presents for my children. Once opened on Christmas Day one of the DS Lites would not recognise writing and words on the screen and therefore could not use games such as Brain Training or Sponge Bob drawn to Life. It was one of those cold sell tactics that promises to save you loads of money if you sign up today. Stayed at the Lawrenceville Red Roof the night of 10/17/09. Sheets and pillow were stained and had hair on them from previous guest. Pillows lumpy. Sheets threadbare. Big cobweb on ceiling.
