Rocky Mountain dish located in Parker, Co, sells and installs dishnet work service. They have horrible customer service and are very abusive to their customers. They do not show up and install the dish when they are supposed to, leaving you waiting for hours, you are lucky if they show up within a weeks time. Phone contact from Nuance convinced me to buy their recorder with ability to connect with USB to PC. Philips Digital voice tracer arrived . The unit is impossible to operate according to the enclosed instructions (totally inadequate) and online is the same . I have a question. A few weeks ago I had a man come in to fix my oven. He repeated several times he was not responsible for any damage done while he was fixing my oven. We purchased a Sony Wega 50" tv from Bill Smith in Ft. Myers Florida in June '07. The price was approximately $2000 including the 2 year extended warranty. Sony offers a 1 year mfg.'s warranty. We regrettably own Natuzzi living room furniture which we bought from Sofa Express. This turned out to be a double whammy. Sofa Express is now defunct in our area and the Natuzzi "leather" couch we bought through them is junk. I followed the cleaning and conditioning product instructions given with (and paid for the lifetime refill program) the leather furniture to protect my warranty. I was told upon my termination that I would receive 2 weeks pay on top of my current owed wages + my bonus check for selling additional products that was already 3 months over due. I have had a horrible experience with mymedicalloan.com. They have representatives there who are beyond incompetent and their follow through is quite poor. I was approved for a loan for a surgical procedure only to be told 1 week before the surgery BECAUSE I called them that the bank that my funding was through, and other people, notified them that they were bankrupt. GoFishCreative.com purports to be functional in programming and design. Unfortunately, their programmer and owner, Adam Cottam, writes horrible code and is extremely unprofessional. Do not expect to get functional code for your money. Also, do not expect to get an accounting of the hours he has worked on your program. When I tried to apply for a debt consolidation loan, Lending Club application did not include my husbands income or information. Their credit scoring said that Excellent credit score is 720. Mine is 742, and they still turned me down stating it was my credit score. How do people like myself get ahead when institutes like this disregard important loan information. I have money market account, and can even invest some of it. But they did not ask me that. It turned me down so fast that the whole process took less than 5 minutes. When reviewing our Verizon business bill we noticed a charge for $12.86 for a collect call. The call was made at 5:28AM, EST, and no one was in the office. After contacting Verizon they indicated what the bill was for, and that it had to be paid because we accepted the call (which is impossible), not in the office at the time. Verizon put a block on the Arizona number that showed up on the bill. We attempted to contact Transaction Clearing LLC and did not receive a response (no one answered the phone) during the time we called. I was on my way to pick up some people when my brake line burst. I went to Pomp's Tire Service because they were close. There were no customers there and the two employees did not look at all busy. Also, no customers arrived while I was there. First, they tried to tell me it could take "several hours" and when I said it only took an hour the last time I had to have a portion of brake line replaced they agreed to look at it. I hired My Handyman for a door install. The technician said it would take 4-5 hours because I had a screen door that had to be dismantled. 6 1/2 hrs and he still didn't finish. I had no doorknob, no trim and no screen door! When I asked him about that he said it would be more time and he would have to continue to charge the $88/hr. I didn't notice the damage to my siding until 3 days later. Needless to say I won't using them again!
