Bought a Long Hair Chihuahua puppy at Darling Pets on Broad St. in Rome Ga, had it a week and took it to a Vet and found it had a heart murmur. Called the pet store to try to work out a refund on the don so that I could keep the dog and have the necessary surgery to fix the problem. On the outside of the Magnavox VHS to DVD recorders there is no mention of needing any other parts to make the unit work or to connet it. But as soon as you open the flaps there is a hazy gray picture of a "external tuner" that must be connected for the unit to work. We had purchased a SPA through EBay sometime in December'08. It was very dramatic to receive it in a first place, because it is 800 lb and no one wanted to do delivery. This service just showed up on our bill one month for 12.95. My phone company, AT&T said that they couldn't do anything about it. I called the customer service number for Voicemailtoday.com (1.866.679.2240) and had the charge credited back. It was a pretty painless process with Voicemailtoday but my complaint is ... how can something like this happen without more verification? Gold Key refuses to acknowledge my timely cancellation letter for their time share. They showed us a luxury time share, even a Penthouse. After they pressured us for nearly five(5) hours, I signed a contract for a time share which they did not show us, but said looked like the one we saw. Totally the opposite! I've enjoyed Planter's Peanuts for over 30 years. In my opinion, they were the standard of quality against which other peanuts were judged. That would be great if they were telling us that they are doing it and charge less money. I bought 8 cu yd of organic soil from this company on March 27th. Because some health problem, I spend an extra $100 to put this soil around my house. I bought big amount of an expensive seeds and plants (blackcurrant plants, sour cherry trees, cranberry plants, lingonberry plants, etc) for my garden. The Golba Group and Landmark Maintenance, Do Not Use! I recently rented a home from The Golba Group, and they literally stole my security deposit.
