CarHop uses AutoCheck for their car history reports. This isn't an accurate site. I found that not only has my vehicle, but 18 now sitting on their lots, have sustained previous front-end damage. I am sure their AutoCheck reveals a clean history. Makes me wonder if there is a little money passing under the table or if they are affiliated in some way...get my drift? On August 3rd I ordered a Roku Netflix player. On August 4th, I found a cheaper solution with the Playon software and called to cancel my order with Roku. They said the order had already shipped. True, they had gotten a shipping number from Fedex, but the product had not yet been picked up by Fedex. The Roku rep suggested I call Fedex and cancel the pickup. Watches were rejected at customs. I never received them. I spent hours handling this - they are very rude and NEVER refunded my money. Their argument was 'we shipped them'. My husband and I bought a lawnmower back in May '09 and purchased the warranty that went along with it. Last week I was out mowing and accidentally ran over a stump. My fault I know! They are selling puppies that are ill or have very multiple problems. The one we bought for our son was a gift for him after he fought cancer & had a bonemarrow trans plant and he has never got to enjoy her like a real dog & child. The dog can't control any bodily functions and the breeder has just turned us away as soon as we told her, and she knew just what we were talking about. And my son just looked so forward to getting this dog while he was in the hospital for almost 10 weeks fighting for his life and now he has a dog that he can't even play with really like a dog should. Hands down the WORST customer service I've ever seen! From the initial installation the technician wasn't able to install the alarm panel where I wanted it (after the sales person told me "no problem") The installation was half assed and a poor attempt at best.
