I ordered a pot rack from them in December 2008 for a Christmas present. The item did not say it was on back order. After an email in January I was told the item was on backorder and would be a bit. I decided to wait a bit. I continued to get a periodic email about still being on back order. I wish to lodge a complaint on National Auto Warranty and its subsidiary United Auto Warranty. My household has been continually bombarded with telemarketing calls from these two company's for the past year or so. These calls are costing me money and they are taking time away from my work when I answer them. My husband and I use pay-as-you go cell phones and they both have received these unwanted calls. They've changed their name from Heritage Web Solutions to HIT Web Design. They automatically charge you for web hosting to the tune of 39.99 a month when they haven't designed the website for you yet. It took six months to get it done and I was charged for every month even though it was in their hands. It's criminal... They also have you send everything over as you want it placed. I purchased a Tissot T-Touch with the stainless steel band in 2001 or 2002. The week of January 19, 2009, I noticed that the "-" button on the bezel had fallen off. I brought it in to the University Mall Precision Time store and asked about repair costs. I spoke with manager Craig at the University Mall store. He indicated it should be about $120 for repair. FreeCreditReport.com IS NOT ANYWHERE NEAR FREE In fact it has cost me 63.14 in just 1 week with reoccurring charges I was told. I guess those irritating commercials have to be paid by those of us too trusting of a site that says one time fee of 14.95 Contacted Triple Advantage and they tell me no refund so I had to cancel my credit card. I called the immigration specialists helpline trying to get info and help. Instead I got cheated out of $50, which may be small to some, but for me every penny counts. I initially spoke to Bo, we filled out a genealogy form over the phone, I gave him the info, he said he would mail it out to me and my fiance' who was being held/ detained by ICE. Don't waste your money and time on this service. The sales person pushed us with the protection plan and she said that any problem with the item they will take care of it. I ordered 6 feline vaccines from www.drsfostersmith.com and payed more than $30.00 for the delivery, expecting that for the amount thay were charging to send them to me the vaccines will arrive refrigerated, since this is a condition vaccines MUST be kept under, otherwise they don't work. Have been a good customer for 8yrs, my car was taken out by someone, not my fault. It didn't look that bad as far as damages go, but USAA will claim a total loss in order to save themselves money. They will offer only half of your cars actual value knowing that the customers options are very limited, short of paying a lawyer more than what it's worth. I purchased vitamins on 5/12/09 and received a confirmation. On 5/13/09, I reviewed my checking account. The charges from this company for the vitamins was there, but there were 3 additional charges. I, immediately, called this company, and no one answers, just a recorded message. I have called a couple of times since and get the same response. Also, I sent an email. The response was that someone would get back to me and no one has. What was strange about the email. There was not any name, dept, phone #, company name - not anything to identify this company. I ordered a combination Fios/Telephone service in March and have not yet received a confirmation of my contract, The length of it, the price etc. Only what I have to pay in case I cancel earlier than the 2 years. There is no way of contacting anybody. After being transferred to various divisions, when you ask for a supervisor, you get disconnected. And it takes 1-2 hours on the phone. Yesterday my car was AGAIN damaged by a shopping cart left in the parking lot at this Costco. Previously I called the manager when it happened and he said he could observe it on the video monitors and that they would work diligently on the problem. I went to Krogers to get another box of Quaker Oats packets (walnuts & date style). The space was occupied by Quaker Oats "active lifestyle"-three new varieties.
