We were disappointed with the photography services provided by Lindelle's Studios through one of their independent contracted photographers who covered our wedding June 30th 2006. We had booked a bus tour to Nova Scotia in June and purchased the insurance in case we had to cancel because I have a lung condition which sometimes becomes worse. I became ill in July and did visit my regular physician, who prescribed medication, but I was unable to get to see the specialist until August. We canceled our Trip July 3. Its discrimination really, apartment 94 just signed a lease for $1430 per month, he had no rent increase, why did my rent go to $1530 per month with a $130 increase? His apartment is in better shape, our stove hasn't worked properly since we moved in, and, his stove works well. They state that with earn points one can use to earn a free cruise--Problem: I have 75, 000 pts. but only allowed to use 50, 000 points at one time. I bought 2 cats from Laura Gregory of Ragtime RagaMuffins. I paid $700 for the cats under the assumption they were healthy. I was presented with health certificates that looked authentic but are now suspect since I've have had non stop health issues with both cats since the day I got them. I purchased a razr phone in January from Cellularchoices.com (company InPhonic Inc). It was free after rebate. I had to wait 6 months to send in rebate form and my cell phone bill. They wanted a bill dated between 150 and 180 days and I sent one that was 136 days. They had all kinds of weird thing on the rebate form like to had to mail it between 180 and 210 days. Hello, my first complaint is about the Home Depot in Newington, CT, located on the Berlin Tpk. We had a new storm door put in. The installer was a man who did not speak English, was in a horrible mood, and did a lousy job installing the door! Ever since Idearc Media started printing the Verizon Phone listings the problems started. Idearc misprinted my business phone number. The number they published turned out to be a non-working number. I lost 80% of my business. Idearc offered no apology and little resolution. Their resolution was a 15% compensation of the advertising bill and $250 toward an enhanced add the next year. I paid for S&H on my credit card for a bottle of vitamins online, it was a free trial. As long as I cancelled within a certain amount of time, i wouldn't get charged. I did that. Then a couple days later I saw this mysterious charge of $69.90 on my checking account. I called the company back, they said that they didn't charge me, and that it was a different vendor or something like that. and it says on their website to not call your bank, but you SHOULD, they will usually dispute it and you will get your money back. read full review »

Entered an order for a camera. They sent a bogus email asking me to call them because my credit card didn't go through. It did go through. The email got me to call them so they could subject me to a ten minute sales pitch on buying a memory chip for the camera, buying miscellaneous accessories, extended warranties and so forth. We have a Frigidaire Ultraquiet 111 with POTS & PANS HEAVY WASH cycle. We were told that this would do all the heavy washing without pre rinsing. I have to pre wash all heavy soiled dishes or they come out still soiled and some of the soil is on other dishes. 2 visits from service men and numerous phone calls. Heads up. I have purchased Encore Foods chopped onions, in Canada at Big lots in Sterling Heights, Michigan and have found live maggotts three times. I have a mail carrier whom I am sure is either on drugs or just simply can't read. I receive phone calls and statements from my companies daily that they have not rec'd my payments. Purchased a pr. of diamond stud earrings which I later took to an independent appraiser for evaluation for insurance purposes. The appraiser informed me that the earrings were of such an inferior quality it would be a waste of my money to have them insured. The appraiser further stated that because of such poor quality diamonds, she would be unwilling to even do a written appraisal of them. This company was hired to strip and reseal slate floor in living room-dining room. They attempted to do so, stripping and resealing on two different days. They stripped the floor again on the third day, but left the floor in a mess. They ruined our baseboards, thresholds, and wall covering. We took them to small claims court and was awarded a judgement. We have been unable to collect a penny. Owner claims business is bad and he is ready to declare bankruptcy. I ordered an out of print book from this book seller through Barnes and Noble because they had a high rating of customer satisfaction. The book never arrived and it's been a month since ordering. Taryn's Books never responded to my repeated emails, and they have no phone, so I have no recourse except through B&N. Barnes and Noble is of course looking into it, but I have demanded my money back, but have yet to get it. Figis sent the 6 free items to Redlands CA address and the two items (main order) back to me. I was alerted when I received a bill for the postage of the two items back to me in GA. This is a website that gives diet and health advice from Oprah Winfrey's nutrition guru, Bob Greene. It costs $19.95 a month but allows a free ten day trial with refund. I purchased, saw the product and was not impressed. I followed the instructions to get a refund which involved calling an 800 number. I have called a dozen times. And each time a recording tells me that all agents are busy and that rather "than keep you awaiting, " they are hanging up. This is after a wait of less than a minute.
