This company says I signed for it to charge my account back in 2005 and I didn't catch that they've been charging $119. a year since then for something I don't want or use!! They called me about 3 yrs ago and said they represented extended warranty coverage for our car. That our original coverage had just run out . I keep getting phone calls from this company. My caller ID identifies them as "SUNROCKET DID" but a reverse look-up of the phone number leads me to Global Crossing Local Services in Chicago. Waited 4 hours for Connect TV (DirecTv contractor) to come install a new line. Showed up @ 359 pm (window was 12-4) took one look at the dish and said he could not touch it because the last installer installed dish in the wrong place. Left in 5 minutes with a promise that his supervisor would call me in an hour. No phone call going on second day. This particular apartment complex lacks the professionalism in management. There have been request for maintance repair in my apartment home that have not been addressed. I have reported that the concrete has broken away from the stairs and nothing has been done about that either. I also reported that the car that I drive was involved in a car accident and I would be borrowing a car so that it would not be towed and not to my surprise it was towed and at my expense the car was retrieved from South West Tow. Gave up dealing with this non-responsive company/owner. Complaints to BBB, and Florida Department of Consumer Services. Took case to Volusia County Small Claims Court and received a judgment in our favor in May. Fortunately I have excellent records to support every issue we had. My husband bought me a puppy from this store and in addition to the sales staff lying about what came with the puppy (GPS tracking chip) the puppy I got was sick. Being as he was a pug when he was sneezing i dismissed it as a "pug thing" but it wasn't when he was coughing and had trouble breathing that I rushed him to the hospityal and he was diagnosed with pneumonia.
