Watch out if you buy from them and have a return. They do not refund the full product cost as they have a "hidden" charge for the "full" shipping cost when they send you the merchandise. In April the system stopped trading I called and they said the were revising the system. In May2008 the system resumed trading but subsequent contact revealed the phone lines were disconnected. We went through tough times after i was going through a rough pregnancy w/ twins - we had fetal surgery at 18 weeks and then bed rest in the hospital until they were delivered at 28 weeks - one passed at 4 days old. the other remained in the NICU for 9 weeks. The usual-need to meet with them--must decide by the next day. The fact that there we're classes/photos thought this would be still be something good for my daughter. Pre-Teen classes. It was a joke. Hi we recieved a Gold Canyon Candle Co. Clean Sheets Candle as a gift. We took it home and lit it. Within a short period of time we noticed our children had soot all in their nostrils. We also had soot in our nostrils and felt nauseated and had headaches. I was a patient at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn, NY on 10-30-06. I was in the coronary care unit. I received practically no care, coronary or otherwise. My roomate was deranged, and yelled continuously. I was across from the nurses lounge, more properly the bar and lounge. The noise, laughter, and chatter was unbelievable. I pushed the call button, and pulled out all my monitor leads, without any response.Some nurses supervisor came by the next day and took notes, but never furnished me a promised copy. I was in your 12 Oak mall location the week of Thanksgiving. Shopping for Christmas, I over heard a pregnant worker talking about a black lady that was working there too. I was very offended and felt she should have kept her thoughts to her self and not use the sale floor for discussion. It was very unprofessional for Talbots standards. My complain is with this rebate scam that they have about celebrity sexy teeth whitener.. First it allows you to cancel and I cancelled in a timely manner but of course they never received the cancellelation which charges showed up on my account. I tried the free trial and canceled within the trial period, within the first 10 days. And since that time I have been charged twice on my debit card. Once was on the 8th of April for $79.96 and the second was on the 24th of April for $85.91. I have sent the envelopes which arrive in the mail "return to Sender" and have not received a credit for either charges of this date!
