I received a letter informing me that I now owed rental payments to Flatirons Financial instead of my landlord. I went and talked to them. I paid one month's rent and a pet deposit that equaled $675. At the end of the month I received a record of the payment to them. I also received a notice of rental payment due for the next month. On the first I mailed the new rental payment. I ordered two "Shoeunders" on Saturday, May 9, 2009, after seeing a TV commercial for them. It was a 'buy one, get one free' offer. Once you're on the phone, the automated ordering system asks you to purchase other items, to upgrade your order, etc. I never got an order total and read on the internet that people were overcharged. We purchased a rectangle Hampton Bay umbrella last summer from our local Home Depot. When we got it out of the packaging for the first time after bringing it home, we were not satisfied with the material used. It is a flimsy polyester-type fabric. Almost right away one of the corners ripped causing the "rib" to come out and just hang there! Eventually by the end of summer more of it ripped and a "rib" broke and now it us useless!! goog money also known as E-millionaire has hit my ck acct for $47.00 plus $1.95 fee when they had no permission to do so.I finally got it investigated by my bank and sorted out and then another fee of $47.00 and $1.95 hit my acct again with a differant name CPI pay.com/remedy I have never heard of such a company before ever. When the flowers I ordered arrived at my mother's for Mother's Day, there was no card, so she didn't know who they were from. When I called to tell ProFlowers, they offered a $10 refund. I asked where I could make a comment, and they just said, "Go to we care at proflowers dot com." I did this, but it is not a web address. I finally googled this complaint board. I have a Hunter ceiling fan that is operated by remote control. The remote control stopped working. I have checked the dip switch, battery, and light bulbs. All Pro Authentics shipped me damaged and poorly crafted merchandise and refuse to give me a refund and have not reached out to me to help resolve my dissatisfaction. They only communicate via email and will not provide a telephone number. As a result, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and during the process they have fraudulently altered email communications in their rebuttal to the credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a complete scam. They advertise for a 30 day free trial for $1.00 but actually charge $5.95 for shipping. Product is received (It was useless and had absolutely no effect). Now they charge $38.95; which is a an unauthorized charge; because you only signed up for a $1.00 trial. Imagine going to the post office to buy two cent stamps on the day after the increase is effective. There are twenty five people in line and only ONE person on duty. The other six service bays are unmanned. You wait in line for about twenty minutes and are then told that they are sold out of two cent stamps. I am surprised that no one has the intelligence to put up a sign. My guess is that half the people in line throughout the day will be asking for two cent stamps. I purchased an Addie Water System for a new house through Hauke Plumbing of Plymouth Wisconsin. We have well water with higher amounts of iron, so our water came out yellowish. Hauke installed our new Addie Water System and we still got bad water.
