At the time I was approached by one of the agents I was told that in exchange for my $800 fee I would be receiving 2 complimentary airplane vouchers that would not expire. The voucher claim ticket in the packet I received states that the voucher is only good for 18 months from the date of issue. Also, what the agent failed to tell me was that in using the voucher I would be required to purchase full rate hotel stays from a list of participating hotels for a minimum number of nights. They call and harass people into purchasing their cheap travel package. They'll say anything to suck you in, even outright lies. Two people won't say the same thing, first they told us we had to stay at their Daytona property, which was included in the package, then they changed it and said if we wanted to go there we'd have to pay an additional $150 per night because of the date. I purchased two Oreck XL vacuums. I have a bad back and thought the lightweight vacuums would be a God send. They are lightweight and worked well for a brief time. My older vacuum is four years old and the motor is shot! I spent $300 EACH on these vacuums! The warranty is only 3 years! On the 4th of February 2008 I transmitted my Turbo Tax e-file and noticed that it was not what I had printed and saw it doubled our income. I called Turbo Tax and was told to have the IRS reject our submittal. I called and the IRS - very nice - said we can't do that. They suggested we wait and file an amended form, but give them (IRS) a chance to review our file. So the next day they accepted our submittal and I printed off the file. I bought my 200 3.2 TL in 2003 from a delarship in North Caroilna. I then had my frist problem with the transmission in sept 2004 with 65, 000 miles. The car was stalling and hesitating. I took it in to Orange Park Acura and they took full responsiblity and admitted that there was a defect in the TL tranmissions that they were working on. They replaced my transmission free of charge. I placed an order on july 6th 2004 for Gozu on DVD. The order was pending for about a week. When I emailed them the first time I didn’t get a reply. Same thing with the second time and the third, fourth, so on. A week later I get an email telling me that it’s shipped. On their home page they say it should take 1-2 days to ship, it took a week. On February 25, 2009, I purchased meals at Zaxby’s for $21.10. When the clerk swiped my card I noticed she looked puzzled and stopped to ask a co-worker to look at the screen. I ordered an RM-1 Scat Mat with 2 chargeable collars. I received the collars within days. I innocently made an inquiry to High Tech Pets asking for an ETA on the Mat. In two months of numerous requests for information I received only automated replies. I requested an RMA number and instructions on returning my order. This week (week of July 18) I received the mat.
