Description of Problem: When I talked with the salesman Bob Marra it was verbaly agreed upon to do no seams with the install. We both actualy walked into the hallway and discussed it. I already had the umlimited by boost plan that first came out...didnt have many complaints except the price kept going up but the service worked great..no issues..I decided to get the new unlimited plan because it was cheaper at only $50 versus the $70-75 I was already paying for just unlimited talk and text. On 03/03/09 I purchase this item for my job, and unforturnately due to the high security program we have we were unable to use this product. I returned to the store on 03/04/09 to return the software, and I was told by store manager Tom Moore that the store policy was no returns on opened software. Since Nov. 2008, they have stolen $284 from my checking account. I ordered a free trial bottle of Acai Berry. I did not remember to cancel any further orders until another bottle showed up in my mail box. They charged me for that bottle. I dealt with an alleged company, Granton Services who promised me a $20, 000 loan with a securement of $1615 which would be the equivalent of 6 months pmt. I thought this to be fair since I do have mars on my credit report. The loan was to purchase a trailer. I cannot understand how a company can use a government acronym like the letters fasfa and not be considered scaming people. I googled fasfa to fill out application for student aid for my son. fasfa.com is the first thing to pop up so I filled out application then paid $79.00 from my debit card only to find out the real site is fasfa.ed.gov and it is free to apply.
