Micro-Gems
Vanessa April 7, 2009
I like everyone else who reported this website ordered magazine subscriptions. I should have realized that the price was too good to be true. I have even appealed to my credit card company to no avail. This was a hard and expensive lesson learned. I thought I had done my homework but obviously I did a poor job on that. I received an order number for reference, an email, a phone number in case I had trouble, a confirmation #. I should have been alerted since I received 2 different invoices for the same order with 2 different company name... read full review »

Called to change delivery date April 3, (death in family). No recored of reorder. No offer from NC district Manager to replace sofa. She only wanted me to listen to why I did not have sofa. Hartford-Northeast Property Claims Operations
Ron April 7, 2009
Roof damaged by hail - 6/15/2008 / replace estimate 7/7/2008. Estimator for Hartford-Crawford & Co., Charleston, WV. Written estimate was wrong. It did not allow for labor, disposal & local material cost. Estimate by two WV licensed contractors was double. Hartford refused to OK replacement. Ignored one contractor's attorney and finances did not allow me to hire an attorney(his fee would be more than replacement cost). Hartford's Northeast Property Claim Operations refused to reconsider or listen. Very poor handling of my... read full review »

Robin Shipp April 7, 2009
I Received a check stating I was the winner of $250, 000 and a check for $4, 920.00 that I was told to deposit and call for further instructions. I was then told it was to pay $3, 980.00 to the government for taxes before I could receive the balance of my winnings via western union to Tina Edwards 509 John Street, Oxford, MA 01363. When the bank held the check, I had none of my own to complete transaction, to receive the rest of my winnings. (THANK GOD!) The people were rude and offered for me to then pay $1400.00 to receive balance of... read full review »

I had wanted to get the 2 week trial of the AcaiBerryDetoxifier. At first I thought I was requesting a free 2 week sample but after seeing an autoship for 87.13 I called and cancelled my account with them. However...now nearly a month later...I see another autobilling for a different product called TopBerryColonHealth...and the phone number brought me to the SWM Laboratories Customer Service...but the reps there say they are not affiliated with the product. There is no way I can cancel this different product as the phone number it give on my... read full review »

Diane April 7, 2009
They contacted me one night and said that they got my name from Google and asked me if I wanted to blog or write and make some extra money, however, I said that I wasn't a writer, but I could type. The conversation lead to having a website. I said that I owned several domain names, Really, Nancy said. Then she transfered me to Jake the assistant manager and after reviewing some of my domain names said he thought that I could get (6) figures for one of mine(Asavvybuyer.com.) However, he needed to get it exposure through a website. He... read full review »

Chem-Dry
Thomas April 7, 2009
I must agree with virtually all of the negative comments left on this site by 'disgruntled' former Chem-Dry franchisees. That Chem-Dry's spokesmen would choose to (feebly) answer all of the complaints lodged here by former franchisees by trying to marginalize them by labeling them in such a way pretty much sums up their attitude: Arrogant. I purchased two Chem-Dry franchises back in the early 1990's; one in Florida and one when I moved back to New Jersey. Every step of the way, Chem-Dry put obstacles in the way of... read full review »

IWantU
Mike April 7, 2009
IWantU is another adult dating site which provides annoyance and confusion, but no dates. I investigated this in Summer 2005 and did very little with it for the usual reasons: clunky site design, thin regional member roster, highly suspect profiles, and an overall sense of fraud. They never converted me to a paying member and I quit altogether within a few weeks. I haven't so much as loaded the front page since. After nearly four years of dormancy I received email via the unique address I had given IWantU, naturally not issued from... read full review »

National Guard
Rickardo April 7, 2009
Do not get me wrong I served on active duty and was happy to join the Guard. I stayed for the long haul in anticipation of getting retirement benefits. After hearing that you get 50% of base pay, you just have to wait until age 60. That did not sound fair. But then it was explained that active duty guys get their 50% base pay as soon as they retire. Some at age 39. So if I put in my 20 years and had to wait 20 years or so it would be equal. Do not believe it. The retirement pay is next to nothing. The Guard has this complicated formula that no... read full review »

Timeshare MLS
Sam April 7, 2009
I was ripped off by Timeshare MLS. I was solicited by Ira Robinson at this company and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and convincing. He called me many, many times promising that he could sell my timeshare quickly and in fact had people waiting to buy a unit just like mine If I would just agree to list with them. He answered all of my questions and was very smooth. So much so that I fell for the pitch. Well, after I paid Timeshare MLS $999 on my credit card I never heard from him again and he would never return my calls. That was 2... read full review »

We purchased a 1/2 unit for $12, 500 in Timeless Tales II Limited partnership on 12-31-03. The company was supposed to be producing a movie, 'William Tell'. Tag Entertainment and Enriching Entertainment were also involved. About a year ago, David Borg told us that the movie was nearly complete, but that they needed a little more money to finish the sound production. We sent an additional $2500. The movie, to our knowledge, has never been released. We were promised a quick return+ on our money, but haven't seen a dime. We... read full review »

Print voucher then mail. They said on the website it takes 30 days for them to process and ship gift, WRONG. It takes up to six weeks. Which was still ok, free is free. Then after six weeks nothing. I don't have a lot of time to go into this issue here. The purpose of this report is to expose the reality of how things go at CRST. I went to a CRST sponsored class A driving School. Two weeks and no more than about 10-15 hours behind the wheel, it's make or break training. After I graduated and passed the DMV Exam I was Assigned to a 28 day over the road driver trainer. My credit card company called me to verify two charges by Square Enix, Play Online. The first charge for $1, then one for $27. I have never heard of this site, nor have I ever visited this site. The customer service person I spoke to explained that the first charge for $1 was to test to see if it would go through before they charged the $27. My son was enrolled in Medicare part A, B & D during his transplant in 2004. We received a letter at the beginning of June 2007 stating that coverage for Medicare would end the last day of June 2007. However since Humana was the Medicare Insurance for part D, they should have removed him from the part D coverage. The part D coverage is for prescriptions.
