I have tried to reach this company with the phone number provided (1-954-237-2690) to cancel my membership. They stated the membership bill would not take place until 14 days after I received the product. They billed me 5 days after I recieved the product, so I called to speak with a customer rep. I have been in an ongoing struggle with this company. They have been charging me $14.95 for months and refuse to refund monies taken. I did not want or need this service and did not sign up for it. Spectrotel contacted me by phone and offered to beat whatever I was paying for my current phone service. I agreed to switch over to their company once we came to an agreement of how much I would pay for the service. They have a 3rd party Verification, and they repeat those prices, and then its over and you are done- you now have Spectrotel. A company I was applying for a job suggested I use CIC*CE CREDIT REPORT to obtain a free credit report supposedly from Espirian. The report was extremely inaccurate and in addition I had to supply my credit card number. The amount they charged on my account was a small amount but the idea of it that they should charge anything is amazing to me. I walked into the store on Friday 4/3/09, and purchased a pair of custom lenses and frames at 12 noon.
