I would immediately cease any thoughts about contracting The Custom Edge. First of all, they are the most unprofessional business I have ever worked, especially Jaime Braddy who verbally battered my wife on the phone and called her "crazy" even after we notified them of their discrepancy with our driveway extension. In the fall 2008, my mortgage company contacted me that I was behind in payments. I had been paying my mortgage monthly, but in the end of 2007, I ran into financial problems and missed two payments. I ordered a 14 day trial of Life Cleanse and Acai Elite, the company did not ship my product by UPS like i was told, instead it came regular mail. If you receive one of these gift cards and want to purchase something online or by phone you have to validate this card first (which is not mentioned on the gift card). After calling the phone number you will be asked 'who' gave this card to you as a 'gift'. After that is verified they then ask for your full name, address, phone number and a security question answer. I was robbed in the room while I was sleeping between 3 am - 5 am. Somebody open my room by hotel key card, find my purse and steal the cash from the wallet, credit cards, gift cards, digital camera with all photos that we took in the past. We bought a mini labradoodle puppy from Scott and Pam Franklin, the breeders, with the assurance that the dog would arrive by plane in good health. They said they would stand by their puppy. Me wife was stopped by the CHP on Wed, January 7th 2009. They towed her car to an impound lot (Rose Towing) an stored her car there for a few hours until she could get a release of impound from the CHP. Rose towing stole about 14 packs of cigarettes out of the front passenger seat of the car. When she arrived home the car was empty and nothing was to be found.
