In the past 1 1/2 years, they have lost (undelivered) 5 cards. I deliver my mail to the post office. All pakages and bills I mail make it to there destinations, but not any kind of cards . Dr Vadecha treated my child in two visits, one to place the braces on thn the next was for a follow up. On the follow up visit he stated he thougt my son needed to have four teeth extracted, after the visit before he said he could treat him without extractions. This apartment management company tells lies to everyone. When I signed my lease agreement I was told I would spend about $40 in utilities which paid water, sewer, and trash. In reality it is close to $70. When they make an error the attempt to charge you $10 through the utility management company and $60 through the apartment management company. I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry which said I would have a 30 day trial and that i could return the item if i did not want it. First of all, it took 14 days before i received the package. I Had purchased a vehicle out of state in Utah. Upon arriving at the california DMV to get it registered for California use the lady helping me stated she could do nothing until it was smogged and complied with state regulations. We purchased a GAP policy with a local dealership for a 2006 Ford Focus. The vehicle was totaled in DEC 08. There was an extension on the vehicle for a month but that was it. Based on their policy of using an amortization calcuator and utilizing the lowest of the payment history versus what the bank paid off. Their policy is to utilize the lesser of the two. Which means with the bank using the NADA value of the vehicle for example: $10, 100 and your payoff is $11, 000. You would think the GAP would pay $900 off. WRONG!!! The company maintained the property - In Oct 2007 a call was put in to them to stop all services to the property. In May 2008, we received a bill for a fall cleanup that was done in January 2008.
