Called and spent three hours with local techs on a thursday eve at the end of which the rep said I have to call Dell because it is a problem with their software. I signed up for a Google promotion to help with my business. The product was totally useless and I did cancel. However, apparently in the Terms and Service (which I did read and never saw) there is an additional charge of $4.95 for Fraud protection that one is automatically signed up for. How can they provide fraud protection if they do not ask for any information? How do they know they are protecting me? They do not ask this info becasue then you would know about the charge. My Peachtree Windows are/were a joke! The windows in my kid's room were so bad that their room was literally 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house. The Windows in my downstairs were so bad that when the wind blew it would make the shades move and the frame was delaminating from the panes of glass! My mother and I went to the year end sale of Swarovski to buy some crystals. As there was a big queue of customers waiting outside we were only allowed to shop for 15 minutes. Hey, to all I had a similar situation with chase because our House insurance went up maybe 200 dollars and they told us if we didn't pay 1200 dollars our mortgage payment would go up. We didn't understand exactly whey it was soo much money for a 200 amount raise on our insurance. our house mortgage is supposed to be payed yearly and chase if paying it monthly making us pay monthly service charges. We purchased two Helio Oceans from them and both of them were customer returns that they resold to us. The worst part was that the lines were not cancelled and when we tried to use it Helio could not activate them for us. I ordered a part from this company. The same date, they emailed me a receipt and also charged my bank card. For a week, I called them every day on the phone, leaving phone messages (nobody ever answers their phone), and emailed them, requesting that they contact me and inform me if they had the item in stock and when it would be shipped. Today, Feb. 7, 09 I realized after having spent my life at TJMax shopping, the store is CONFUSED with their own prices. I was and I am pissed about the way the manager and the cashier took care of me. I have contacted this company numerous times to obtain a refund and have never received one, although they have given me a refund and credit reference number. I wait holding on the phone for minutes, sometimes over 20 minutes, and when a representative does get on the line, they claim that they will put a request into the refund department and that is all they can do. I asked to speak to a manager and have been put on hold for over an hour. I hung up. I believe this is a scam and I have just lost $87.13 plus the $3.95 shipping charge. Apparently, visitors to the CheckFree site on December 2, 2008 were redirected to a Ukranian site where a trojan was downloaded attempting to steal login IDs, passwords and other private information.
