I participated in the scam that Nutro was running early last year (2008). It stated on the rebate that you would be reimbursed for the cost of a bag of cat food, less taxes. Fine. I bought 6 bags on the same receipt, and redeemed them from my home, my sister's, various friend's and my mother's. It said one per name, household, or address. I just recently bought from this company, and I have to say I agree with almost everyone else that it was a BAD choice! On thier page for the Olympus D-460 Zoom digital camera it clearly states that it comes with an industry standard 8 MB smart media card, and the price is $249. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. House of Doors in Salem Ct... We purchased over 4500.00 In doors... Our front door has a manufact. defect in it that can't be fixed without replacing the sidelight. I had a very poor experience with Coolerguys.com. I had asked for the RMA number to return a keyboard for a refund. By by the time I had received an RMA number, the fellow indicated that it was beyond the 30 days, and had to go to the factory in China. The first time she called my cell phone and said she was "Regina" from Publishers Sweepstakes and that she got my number from one of my credit cards or banking institutions, which I know due to privacy laws is wrong. I opened a AE credit card jsut to get a discount right before Christmas. I never received the credit card or statement in the mail. I honeslty forgot about it until I received a phone call from a collection agency stating I was past due on my AE bill. I have never had a worse experience with a company. I ordered a Matrox G400 Max via Second Day Air but they shipped an Asus Motherboard via UPS Ground. I contacted them several times via email but they did not respond. I contacted them by phone and arranged for return and refund. Two weeks later I still had not received a refund so I contacted them again by phone and was told they would credit my card immediately. Two weeks later I still had not received anything from them. We got take out from Panda Express in Apex NC on Thursday ( Feb 5 ). We got fried rice, spring roll and mushroom chicken. Only my 5 year old daughter and I ate that food as soon as we got home at 9 pm. Within 2 hours, both of us were sick, down with severe stomach cramps and vomitting. Gas redemtion certificate given by Napleton's Northlake chrysler, as part of Auto deal. It cost $5 to register. (this may be how they make their money). They were supposed to send a $25 gas gift card after I sent them $100 in gas receipts. I have been doing this since August 08. I have received e mails acknowledging receipt of the receipts. It's now JANUARY 7 and I *still* haven't received my item. Their international order creditcard check sucks. 4 days after ordering I got an email that they charged my card with a small amount and I must tell which amount. The creditcard company gives me ones a month a transaction summary and does not give information by telephone or email, so I must wait 5 weeks. I am VERY disappointed, considering the other good comments about this company! I ordered a D-link 900AP+ on 9/14/02 that was in stock. On 9/16 they call me to say it is back-ordered until 9/23 and if this was OK, I said yes I would wait a week.
