They are charging $5.00 to our account every month for unoknown reasons. We asked on January 2nd, 2009 using their internet service ([email protected]) the reason for it, and to please to stop the charge of $5.00 that is affecting our account balance. A few months ago this "spyware guard " kept popping up on my computer telling me I had all kinds of viruses and worms that were an immediate threat to my computer. I received an order confirmation along with an invoice from SanDisk and also an acknowledgement from my credit card company that they had authorized the transaction to SanDisk. Received the first order and tried to cancel remaining orders. I have tried to call this number 888-460-5888 and 800-840-6986 to cancel this order. These numbers have been disconnected. I then went back to there web site to send a cancellation notification with out luck. Then i sent a letter and still thsy are charging my credit card. We mailed our tax documents via certified mail to our accountant on Friday, January 30th, 2009 and they have not been received as of yet. Our mail goes to Springfield for cancellation and then to the post offices. BE CAREFUL, BE VERY CAREFUL!! We were contacted by National Home Loan Assistance Company in July of 2008. It started off as a telemarketing call where they indicated that we were already pre-qualified for a loan modification. This is without a doubt the most horrible product on the market today, the size they sent me was so small I could not even get my leg into it and I only weigh 150 Lbs. I bought a car a lipton toyota for export. I payed in cash. Purchased an Arrow Shed Build-It-Yourself Special Order Building from the Home Depot store. The model I purchased is the 1431, it is 14 feet wide by 31 feet long, with standard Wayne-Dalton roll-up garage door, to store a boat. 1) I agree with the other complaints regarding delivery charges and that they seem to be a monopoly in gas distribution. 2) Does anyone get ticked off with their web site? With all the money they are charging, why can't they come up with a website with a customer login where you can track your bills, bill history for at least the last couple of years. I purchased Nero 7 a while back as a direct download form their site. I thought I was updating the program, when instead it tried to upgrade which entailed erasing my program. I have been trying to get a refund that is owed to me from a tv warranty. the store manager has faxed the warranty dept. twice to process my refund and the warranty dept refused to answer my repeated phone calls or reply to the store request. The 2003 Ford Taurus that I bought almost 3 years ago had a spring suddenly snap (break) causing the tire to be punctured on the front drivers side of the vehicle. I have had 3 mechanics tell me that this is a common problem on the Ford Taurus. My car is unsafe to drive now and sits parked in front of my residence. The cost of the repairs (replacing both springs and the struts) along with the wheel alignment is just over $1400.00. When I was quoted for my move they said they assured me that if my belongings were insured for damages, . Insurance was covered under the fee charged for moving.
