I placed a 30 day trial order for the Acai Berry, which was suppose to charge me only $5.95 for the shipping an handling. I started getting excessive phone calls from NCO, a collection agency, followed by several letters. Eventually I got some letters in the mail from NCO, indicating that they were attempting to collect on belhaf of 1 & 1 Internet. I contacted 1 & 1 and was told that in the past I had purchased domains from them (which is true), and that it's their policy to automatically renew domains every year. Fastfloors advertises “110% Price Match Guarantee”. This is a complete scam. After placing the order inserting the prices from a legitimate on-line competitor (which were substantially less, by the way) they matched the price, but only beat it by 2.5%, or a 102.5% price match. I asked for a free trial to Acai Xl and Cologenix from the Oprah site and was charged for shipping and handling on January 16, 2009 and never recieved the product. On my next bill I noticed a late payment notice, a jump in my interest rate from 9.99% to 28.99% and excessive finance charges as a result.
