I am VERY disappointed, considering the other good comments about this company! I ordered a D-link 900AP+ on 9/14/02 that was in stock. On 9/16 they call me to say it is back-ordered until 9/23 and if this was OK, I said yes I would wait a week. I then checked the site and called them on 9/20 and find out the date is really 9/30 and that they had ALREADY charged my credit card for the shipment. On October 18, 2008 I placed an order for a DRI Trend Micro, I made a payment with my credit card for the amount of 72.85. Yhe order was placed and I was advised that I can go ahead and doanload the program.. After several attempts, my computer was not suitable for the program therefore, it was not downloaded. This company has amazing customer service. Steve responded immediately to my questions about which CPU steppings were in stock. I ordered a 1.3Ghz Athlon AYHJA "Y" and Steve had everything ready to ship. However, at the last minute he discovered that instead of "Y" the processor was "K" - apparantly the stock lady misread the processor. WARNING !!! NEVER--and NEVER order from this vendor. They just take your $$$ and never ship your order. Also when calling their customer service, no one pickup and answer the phone. Left 3 message and couple emails, no reply or response. I'm working with my citibank to take the $$$ back from them. Hopefully i can get my $$$ back otherwise i will fight to the end until i'm satisfy even though i will spend alot of time and go through the hassle. Bought a PC Case from this company, and it arrived late and dented! Speaker was not connected. Company wants me to pay for return shipping. They won't take it back now either. No one there will return my calls and mgmt is never in office when I call. I'm stuck with it now and will never ever buy from them again. I ordered a Wacom Graphics Tablet from them. My order information was updated on the site 3 days later and said that: -- The order has been received -- A Packing slip has been issued -- The order has been dispatched -- Payment has been received However, 3 weeks later, there is still no indication as to whether the item has shipped. Poor communication. Item not in stock, even though showing in stock. Website does not allow you to cancel order. Can't automatically generate a Return Authorization on an order I received, (their automated didn't work). Sporadic emails, first working with a person, than get a generic email. The software I ordered didn't make any difference w/ my computer. I noticed the day after I ordered it, my bank account had been charged 4 times instead of 1. I called ascentive, who admitted it was their fault, and the refund was complete. I called my bank, who told me they had not recieved authorization for the refund. Then I called ascentive again. After several days of shipping delay the company shipped my order without the city or state entered on the address. Needless to say I never got it. I made several calls to find out where the product was and after about 3 weeks called to cancel the order at which time they told me that they had received it back (about a week ago now) because they forgot the address. They never called or emailed to tell me that they had received it back. The sales person was polite and said they would credit my card back but it took several more calls and about a month for them to do it. read full review »

This company is HORRIBLE to deal with. I placed an order early in October and became concerned after three weeks when the product didn't arrive. I called the company and they told me that I had been declined because my credit card did not have the same billing address as the shipping. Will never purchase from them again. They had a $25+ free shipping deal so I order a mouse for $24 and a USB cable for $3. They said they were out of the USB cable. They took the $3 off, added $3.99 S&H and then sent me a wireless keyboard mouse combo valued at $21. OMG!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. Purchased a floppy drive from them, took 3+ weeks to arrive when I paid for 2day shipping. Horrible customer service. When I asked them why my order was taking soooo long, they said and I quote "WE FORGOT". Didn't even give me free shipping after that problem was resolved. After reading the good comments about this at other review sites about this company I purchased a Microsoft XP home edition OEM SP2 Operating System. The shipping was very fast almost next day via USPS. I went to install the new OS and there is a problem with the CD, it is defective because it cannot finish the OS install. Since this is my testing of software PC I have installed Microsoft 2000, and Microsoft XP Pro on this machine without issue. Bought a refurbished Compaq Deskpro. Tried to boot it up 2 days ago, and got an error message saying Himem.sys was missing or corrupt. Called CR in Peoria, IL and spoke with 2 reps. They both told me I need to run the Restore disk that was included with the PC. I asked if this would just restore my registry and one of the reps said yes. Loaded the restore disk in the CD Rom drive and it immediately started running a "ghost" of the original hard drive, wipeing out my entire drive. I spoke with the store and they admitted that I was given wrong information, but they expressed no regret. I will never purchase anything from them again. read full review »

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. I placed an order and ran into nothing but trouble. 1st, they backordered the product after I paid 3 day shipping. I got 3 different ship dates and finally they sent the product out 3 weeks later. The Sails Group, which is supposed to be a non-profit, is a very corrupt company. Many of the employees who work here or have worked here are not getting paid. Several employees are consistently missing more than half of their paycheck amounts yet they continue to come into work for fear of termination. This company automatically enrolls you in their "VIP Rewards Program" without your knowledge. The program automatically reorders and sends whatever you ordered every three months and charges your credit card. I complained to them and they said that I approved being enrolled in the program when I bought my first order. This is BS! I have just recently filed my taxes and was looking over statements and have noticed actually two companies withdrawing from my checking account and I believe it happened when I signed up for a free credit report. One which is called PMIdentity and the other is AP*9 yoursavingsclub.com. PMIdentity has been taking out $29.95 a month since July of last year and it is now February. The other company yoursavingsclub.com has only been taking out $1 a month since July of '08 as well. I want my money back. PMIdentity stole $209.65 and yoursavingsclub $7. This is insanity.
