The 4 cdrom kits that I ordered were out of stock. Jeff substituted a more expensive kit that was in stock and didn't charge me for the difference. This seller is horrible. I ordered a Wacom CINTIQ12WX Cintiq 12" Pen Display, which I received for $891.94 with ground shipping. When I received it, the packaging looked like it has been repackaged (torn tape on plastic bags, bags looked stretched open and then put back together). Avoid these idiots like the plague! I ordered a humidifier that attaches to my furnace. They sent me one that was used. It had hair and lint stuck in the gum that holds the parts envelope closed and the whole thing smelled like mildew. It was disgusting. I emailed and asked for a replacement. I sent it back to them and got an email stating that they had received it. After ten days of not hearing from them, I emailed again. They said that it was processing. I purchased an expensive microwave from Rainbow Appliance. They shipped it to the wrong address resulting in the microwave being lost. I ordered from this company twice. Both orders arrived at a timely fashion. One of the heatsink I ordered dont fit well on my boxed/retail CPU, so I wrote them if I could have an exchange. The email was answered within one day and no question asked. I sent the heatsink back, got a different (better) product within 5 days. The price difference was taken care of nicely. These people are efficient! They might not have the best price for some of their products, but I appreciated their way of handling RMA. Very efficient. Watch out for these guys. I ordered an item and paid extra for "express" shipping. Unfortunately, that still gives them the right to wait 5 business days before shipping your (in stock) item. These folks tried to rip me off. I purchased a 266mhz fsb processor and was sent a 200mhz fsb processor. When I called them, they avoided me for weeks. When i finally got someone on the phone, he said i was sent the right thing and kept putting me off with saying i did not have proof that what I recieved was not what I paid for. When I tolf him that my AMD processor ID utility told me it was not what I paid for, they continued to deny me. Over four months ago I purchased O2 Optix contacts from Coastal Contacts. I received the correct contacts in the mail within about a week of purchase. At the time Coastal Contacts was offering a $60 rebate, so I filled out the form and mailed it in about 14 weeks ago. The rebate form explicitly states that the rebate would be issued in 6-8 weeks. I went to find free games online, I stumbled upon iwin.com and searched their catalog of free games. I downloaded a game and thanks to AVG (my virus protector), I was alarmed to find that the 'free' trial game I had downloaded also came equipped with a Trojan virus. I have purchased several parts from this vendor, mostly motherboards. I had to RMA 3 motherboards over a 2 month period and had an awful time dealing with them. They lost one main board, and it took an agregiuos amount of time to get any replacements or fixes. I will not buy from them anymore. Last August I bought two Kodak DVC323 webcameras from them. At the time the cameras were at a really good price (about $40 less than retail and $20 less than any other online store I checked out). Nevada State Bank charged excessive overdraft fees on my husbands personal account right after Christmas while he was on the east coast dealing with the death of his father. They charged a total of $1, 160.00 in NSF fees for $157.16 worth of items presented to his account. This was the second time I ordered from them. First time I experienced how their return policy sucked! You have to pay for the return shipping even if the product is defective. I bought a disfunctional Epox motherboard from Citrus Micro. It didn't boot, there was no display, the CD tray would lock up, etc. I did receive an RMA from Epox but after the "repair" the motherboard showed no sign of improvement whatsoever. I think they just repackaged it and sent it back. I wanted to get at least some money back from either Citrus Micro or Epox but all my emails and phone calls were ignored. We purchased a Scorpio case item 3 cc868w on june 20 04. The undamaged box arrived june 25. Upon opening the box we found the proper case with the front cover hanging on by 1 screw, 3 of the 4 snap-in pins were broken off.(none of the broken parts or screws were in the packaging. Upon further examination we saw screw marks where 2 drives and the MB standoffs had been installed and removed, all 7 of the PCI card access cover werew also punched out. I bought the download version of Norton Antivirus on 1/27/09 and as soon as I started downloading it my computer crashed. It was so infected with viruses it was too late to save it.
