Filed Bankruptcy - collection efforts never ceased. Not only did they not stop trying to collect, they would call every 15 min every 3 hours. Some days, the calls would exceed 30 total calls. I spoke with a CSR to request for the millionth time that that stop contacting me that the calls were ridiculous. Then when I asked they said it was just on hold which was a flat out lie because the bank said they had already took it out. Then I found out the jacks would not work because I have dial up. I purchased their name software and I have had nothing but problems I called Mr Kirkpatrick for customer support and he shouted at me telling me that I was wasting his phone bill. Bought a 5 yr. prot. plan for new couch in Feb. 2005. Stitching has come undone in cushion on which your back rests. Placed claim today 2-4-09 and they denied it, stitching is not covered. Went to Jerome's for help, they basically told me I was SOL, despite me acting like a customer first with a 'sales guy' and when I questioned him on if the warranty covered stitching, he asked a co-worker who said it was. Often I could not get anyone to respond, but did get women twice and a man also on two occasions. The story was that there was a strike and it was about to be settled. On February 2, 2009, I accepted an offer from a company named Magazine Burst, (as part of a promotion to receive a free laptop), to subscribe to 5 magazines for a price of $27. Shortly thereafter, (same day), my credit card was charged a total of $93.95 by a company named Publications Max (publicationsmax.com). When I googled the telephone number (888-624-2877) I discovered that the magazine offer was an internet scam. Our internet connection got slower and slower. We were assured by Qwest that the problem wasn't with them. Our many iterations of AVG said everything was hunky-dory. Finally, on February 4th, 2009, someone checked the router and discovered that we were a clearing house for what looks like half the marijuana transactions on the West coast. They had taken over nine computers and space on twenty hard drives and were basically squeezing us off our own broadband connection. The Jeremy Kyle show of 4 Feb included a family which were of obvious low intelligence. This seemed to give Jeremy the 'ammunition' to speak down to them and manipulate them to make 'good television'. I purchased a pair of jeans from Jeans.com. They advertise easy returns so that you can get the right pair. You have to call to get a number for a return. It took me 7 straight days of emails and calls to get a return authorization (right before their 10 day return deadline). After I returned the jeans, getting a signature confirmation, I have sent four emails, made three phone calls, and still have no return credit. I ordered the Wen hair system after seeing the "miraculous" changes it made in people's hair on the commercial, but I did not see any of that. I used the product as directed and my hair never felt clean. It always felt oily and gunky. I usually only wash my hair every other day because it is so dry, but I had to wash it all the time! Quest lab tech did NOT open the needle and syringe in front of me, he took them out of a box, already opened. After drawing my blood, he dropped the gauze on the counter and then picked it up to put on my wound. The place was shabby, dirty and very unclean. I had the misfortune to join this Ivy Capital/Vianet Coaching. For well over three months, despite all their promises, I was without a website and therefore without a way of making money. I complained once by letter, and I had a curt phone call that I'd be given two more training sessions, which did happen. Still no website.
