I went to this hotel in hopes of getting a good night's sleep and playing some golf for the weekend when I went into the lobby the lobby reaked it smelled very badly the owners were very rude and the young lady that worked at the front desk looked as if she hasn't bathed in quite a while she was VERY unkempt. I agreed to pay $59.95 to try their product, if I was not satisfied, return the unused portion and get my money back, they send me an email saying they were missing the original shipping label (it was never requested) and they will not give me credit for the above. BEWARE! I was lead to this website from www.roberts.com/grants. I was suppose to only be charged $1.95 for information on free grants available. Right after I signed up I checked my account and they also charged me $38.21 for some tax refund guide. I immediately called customer service they said that it stated on one of the pages on the website that by signing up for the information it automatically commited you to purchase a tax refund guide. I have had mounds of problems with this company, First when I moved in I asked the company to exterminate and that wasnt done so a a result the last tenent had to of been disgusting and my child ended up with bed bugs. I was issued a citation for parking in front of my business on Foothill Blvd. I have parked my van there beginning in May of 2008 with no issues. On March 12th of 2009 at 9:29 PM, I was issued the violation #:2042035203 even though I was in compliance of the street sign. The ticket mentions Municipal code section 80.69.1A as the reason for the violation which says that a commercial trailer/22 feet cannot be parked for a period of three hours or more. First off, this company doesn't deliver what it promises: the foreclosure listings that came up for my area had little information (no pictures and sometimes no prices!) and were by no means complete. I took my vehicle (2004 GM Suburban) in to Bob Fish GMC for service and soon after developed a Service Engine problem, I took the vehicle back to Fish who charged me for additional work and for a daily rental and the problem came back within a day, I called Fish and was told to ignore the problem, I didn't follow that stupid advice and instead took the vehicle to a local repair shop who found the problem and fixed it promptly. This company has taken $87.13 PLUS out of my bank account for three days straight for their product. The website is deceptive in that the consumer is NOT made aware of any subscription at the time of receiving the "FREE TRIAL". They advertise a "free sample." You do pay $4.95 Shipping and need a credit card to pay shipping costs. DYFS needs to be more diligent in screening applicants to be foster parents for their so-called mentoring program. A lot of the people they choose are in it solely for the money and don't give a damn about the kids they are supposed to be caring for. I see a lot of complaints, but I noticed I have been handling mine a bit differently, so I thought I would share. MGC is a loan servicing company, so they did not “buy” my mortgage; they are just taking over the administration of it from the unknown mortgage holder(s). We purchased 2 Access HD Converter Boxes. We hooked one up and it does not come on at all. The plug get so hot you cannot touch it and it smells like it will catch on fire because it is so hot. Within 10 minutes after I discovered an error in the order, I called the company service dept and requested cancellation. They couldn't find the order number on their computer system. Back in November I was living in a place where the broadband cables were buried and I was getting very poor speed and since the lines were buried within a private companies ground (mobile home park) I was basically told that there is nothing they can do, so I decided to switch providers from Comcast to ACD.net It was not easy getting the service connected, first they make you go through a credit check, then make you wait days to hear back, and after all that, you will have to wait weeks to get the service started. In the 3rd Quarter 2008, Principal arbitrarily decided to block any transfers out of its Real Estate fund, which was losing money, and has consistently lost money ever since. And there's no light at the end of the tunnel when they will allow investors to transfer their savings.
