I brought my Acer notebook computer to the Geek Squad at the Best Buy where I bought it, at U.S. 421 N. in Carmel, Indiana (West Carmel Marketplace). I have been getting a $15.25 charge on my phone bill every month for 6 months for a SURVIVAL KIT-SBO ONLINE. The charge is billed on my AT&T phone bill. The charge is billed through Enhanced Billing Services (EBS). They said we signed up via the internet for "additional health insurance" in July 2007. When I found the web site that said all I had to pay was $1.99 there was nothing on it about a monthly charge of $69.95. Also when I tried to use the site I couldn't because I did not have a user ID and password. I called the company and was given a ID and Password, but they don't work. I told the doctor of my family history of reye syndrome and that I was allergic to aspirin on my vist to the doctor for a sore throat. The dotcor prescribed me diclofenac for the sore throat. I picked up the prescription and noticed that the bottle had an aspirin warning that said do not take if you have aspirin allergy. I called tech support for a 2 year old Photosmart printer. You have to use the special ink cartridges that came with the printer the first time you use it. I lost them. I ordered an LG phone from cellular-blowout about 2 weeks before Christmas with 2-day shipping. But, because they did not deliver the product in time, I cancelled the order and requested refund. However, I still have not gotten my refund. No refund. Stating there going to turn us over to collections, if we don't pay the balance of $15.96 on Magazines, we never have received.
