I have been receiving harassing phone calls from Ms. Hendricks who says she is with Jason Head Law Firm. She demands money for an old debt that she claims I owe. Beware Findlay Toyota in Las Vegas attempting to make up for poor auto sales by not honouring extended warranties!! I have NEVER had a positive experience with this dealership. Three weeks ago I noticed a puddle of blue fluid on my garage floor under my 2007 Honda CRV and determined it to be windsheild washer fluid. Like everyone else on this site I too fell victim to the grant search ploy looking for grants for a 501 c horse rescue. I have not even received the stupid CD. Between Grant Funding Search and IWB Club (Ideal Wealth Club) my account was also charged 69.95 and 29.95 respectly. These are unauthorized charges and they stole the money out of my account. You can call the 800 numbers, but no one will pick up the phone or you will put on hold for forever and then the phone disconnects. That holds true for both companies. Dr. Anthony Evangelista failed to recognize that I had an infection after surgery, even after I called his attention to the area several times. Dr Michael Mazaheri fails to give an accurate detailing of potenial complications. He in no way obtains a truely informed consent for surgical procedures. He shys away from problems when they occcur I suspect because he can't face his own short comings as a surgeon. Office staff at Mazaheri Laser Center is wellmeaning but do not follow privacy guidelines. They give medical advice without speaking to MD.
