Allanza at the Lakes
This apartment management company tells lies to everyone. When I signed my lease agreement I was told I would spend about $40 in utilities which paid water, sewer, and trash. In reality it is close to $70. When they make an error the attempt to charge you $10 through the utility management company and $60 through the apartment management company. I decided to buy a cd from Grant funding search, for $2.95, I never recieved the cd, and they charged my bank another $69.95 saying it was a free trial that was never canceled. 7 calls to their Support Line and 3 tickets for one issue with over 4+ hours on phone and being sent away to wrong phone numbers, ridiculous explanations of what some other hosting service should do to resolve what in the end was web.coms policy problem - ie they stopped forwarding domains - either you buy your hosting form them to or get lost and they could give a * if your site is down - that is not their problem that is yours.

Privacy Matters charge $19.95 alternating with $1.00 a month. Both provide a phone number and account number on the credit card billing and have a way to stop your membership. They require a written request for refund.

On the day i received the Acai Berry i called GNS because the invoice said i would be charged $79.90 (for the free Trial) and that i would be charged another $79.90 in 45 days. You call to get warranty or part information. They put you on the phone with a very nice technician who basically walks you thru dis-assembling the bike. They are business that allows this so they can make money off you clicking on the google links or by you hiring them to supress this information. I Had purchased a vehicle out of state in Utah. Upon arriving at the california DMV to get it registered for California use the lady helping me stated she could do nothing until it was smogged and complied with state regulations. We purchased a GAP policy with a local dealership for a 2006 Ford Focus. The vehicle was totaled in DEC 08. There was an extension on the vehicle for a month but that was it. Based on their policy of using an amortization calcuator and utilizing the lowest of the payment history versus what the bank paid off. Their policy is to utilize the lesser of the two. Which means with the bank using the NADA value of the vehicle for example: $10, 100 and your payoff is $11, 000. You would think the GAP would pay $900 off. WRONG!!! Started giving in my receipts for "free gas cards" on October 15, 2008---continued to send in vochers each month---no gas cards as of yet.

In the fall 2008, my mortgage company contacted me that I was behind in payments. I had been paying my mortgage monthly, but in the end of 2007, I ran into financial problems and missed two payments. I had been paying on time for 9months when CIT contacted me to get the 2 months caught up. I agreed to pay $500 more a month.
