I was sent a bottle of foundation as a gift directly from Beauty.com and when I opened it, the bottle had obviously been used with fingerprints all over the black cap which were clearly visible. This "school" was a nightmare for our family. My child suffered emotional abuse in the 6-12 class by the "teacher" and physical abuse by the older boy students, including being severely punched in the stomach that required a doctor visit. The teacher must have a mental disorder because she even bragged to me how she was happy that she made my child cry over his work. This is not how Montessori is supposed to be. After some hassle we testdrove the cvehicle and the vehicle didnot have the features as quoted. I adopted a puppy from this group in early December and while the group wasn't the most professional bunch of people I have seen, I get that they are volunteers and are doing the best they can. My surprise came when I took the puppy to the vet they recommended only to find out that one its littermates had been euthanized the day before due to some possible contagious illness. It doesn't change how I feel about my puppy, but I found all of this to be shady so you may want to look for a more reputable group when you decide to adopt a dog. read full review »

I purchased 800 sf of click lock laminate flooring for $1300. Upon installation and inspection of the product and a consult from a professional installer it was determined that the product was defective. The ends snapped when installed causing the floors to lift and gap. I contacted the company and sent photographs, they replied by saying it was my problem and it must be something we were doing. It appears that she fraudulently altered agreement sent to us for initialing without Property Owners knowledge, promising certain things. Riverside Pediatrics' billing department is the worst place to deal with. I received their service in January. As there was some glitch when the insurance add my new born baby to their file, they didn't receive the payment from insurance co. They sent me a bill. I talked to the insurance co and found the glitch then called Riverside asking to file the claims again but they refused to do it. Since then they keep sending me a bill. The insurance co said they would pay full amount if they received the proper claim.
