I too had a bogus 14.95 charge on my landline phone line. it was billed as long distance calls, but there was only one detail line, with the word "residential" under Place and Number called. I requested some free information regarding governmental grants on 08/03/09 and Grant Peer then debited by account by $1.95 on 08/03 and $57.61 on 08/04/09. I boarded my 2 dogs for a week. Only 1 was to be groomed, but upon pick up found that both were groomed. Bought my husband a nice pair of Ecco dress shoes...even if he doesn't get "gussied up " all that often. Needless to say they sat in the closet, but when he tried to wear them recently for the first time in a while, the soles split across the ball of the sole and chunks of the heel and toes fell off. Last 3 prescriptions, the doctor writes and then a day or two later, I've found they aren't on my insurance's formulary. The pharmacy sends a note to doctor to get prior approval and takes weeks! You can never talk directly to the doctor's nurse (they take a message and more days pass before you make contact). They have this new computer system that is worthless. The AAA certified repair shop in anderson, sc ( Holiday Automotive Service ) damaged my car to the extend my insurance company had to pay to fix the damage. I bought a Nissan Sentra w/6 miles on it in June 2008. Transmission went out on this car July 12, 2009. I had to pay for the towing of this vehicle to get it worked on. Then it took at least 2 transmissions from the factory to get one that was not defective. Bottom line I had to even pay for the rental car for all of this time. $2488.00 out of my pocket. Asked Liquid Wrenches to install Tower Speakers. They were installed incorrectly. Took one year to resolve. Asked Liquid Wrenches to grease wheel bearings. They replaced all four...without authorization. $1200. Picked up the boat and drove 200 miles to Tahoe. When I arrived, two wheels were 'steaming' hot. Pinnacle Security sold me a home security system with a promotional offer through Value Buzz Saving Club which is a gas and grocery rebate program. This program was suppose to pay for my monthly alarm system for 2 years out of my 39 month contract. I got my Verizon phone bill this month with an additional $14.95 on it for a voicemail service by Fone Right Inc which I never ordered. I called Verizon service and their records from Fone Right said I ordered it. Even used my name (spelled incorrectly) and Verizon accepted it! I was able to get Fone Right's phone number and I asked them who authorized the order and they hung up on me.
